March 28, 2024

MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee track & field program split their efforts today to compete at the Raleigh Relays in Raleigh, North Carolina, and the Warrior Invitational in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The Raleigh Relays are hosted by NC State, while Wisconsin Lutheran played host at the Warrior Invitational.

Warrior Invitational

Out of the select number of Panthers competing at the Warrior Invitational, Jack Misky was the sole Milwaukee athlete to reach a podium. His javelin throw of 42.48m, or 139'4", was good enough for second place at the meet.

Madison Hughes just missed a podium in the 1500m run, finishing fourth with a time of 5:10.00. Ari Miller and Olivia Busch found themselves just off the podium as well, finishing fourth and fifth in the javelin throw with distances of 32.30m (105"8") and 30.80m (101'), respectively.

Raleigh Relays – Day 1

On day one of the three-day meet, Tabitha Wechlo was the lone competitor for the Panthers, competing in the shot put. Wechlo placed 19th with a distance of 13.32m (43'8.5").
