Natalie Block were named Horizon League Field Athletes of the Week the league announced Tuesday.
It's the first weekly awards of the indoor season for the Panthers and the second for Block in her MKE career.
Wallace was named Men's Field Athlete of the Week after breaking his own school record in the heptathlon at the John Gartland Invite this past weekend. The redshirt junior posted a score of 5557 points, a mark that currently sits fourth in the NCAA in the heptathlon this year.
Block was named Women's Field Athlete of the Week after setting the school record in the pentathlon Friday at the John Gartland Invite. The sophomore recorded a league-leading mark of 3763 points, a score that places her 17th in the event this year. Block also finished just shy of her school record in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.53 seconds to place first.
Milwaukee hosts the annual Tierney Classic on Saturday inside the Klotsche Center at 10 a.m.
