MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Grace Kline of the Milwaukee women's cross country and track & field teams has been recognized as a member of the 2025-26 Lubar 25, a program that highlights University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee business students who are committed to academic excellence, entrepreneurial efforts, community service, and involvement on campus.
To be eligible for the award, students must be undergraduate business majors with junior or senior standing and maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.00. Also, students cannot be recognized by the Lubar 25 in the previous year.

Grace Kline: Grace has built a dynamic college experience that blends academic rigor, Division I athletics and hands-on human resources experience. As a student-athlete, she brings discipline, time management and resilience to everything she does, balancing the demands of competitive cross country and track with leadership and professional development.
Grace's growing expertise in human resources is reflected in her internship experience. At GE HealthCare, she supports talent development initiatives and works to identify process improvements within supply chain operations. Previously, she completed an HR internship with a regional bank, where she contributed to onboarding, recruitment and compliance processes while leading a project to audit and organize employee data.
On campus, Grace is an active leader and advocate for student engagement. As president of the Society for Human Resource Management chapter, she helps create opportunities for students to connect with professionals and explore career paths. She also represents student-athletes through campus leadership initiatives and participates in organizations that promote well-being and community support.
Known for her energy, collaboration and commitment to growth, Grace is preparing for a career in human resources where she can support organizational success by investing in people and building strong workplace cultures.
