INDIANAPOLIS (February 10, 2025) – The Milwaukee-Youngstown State men's basketball game scheduled for Friday, February 21 has been selected to be televised on ESPNU, the League office was recently informed by ESPN.
Game time is scheduled for 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT at the Beeghly Center and marks the third regular season ESPN linear broadcast of the season.
A total of eight Horizon League matchups will air on ESPN linear networks including five during the regular season.
All League regular season games during the 2024-25 season will be "wildcard" selections to ensure the best matchups possible.
This will be the first ESPN linear selection for the Panthers this season and the fifth in the past four years. Milwaukee prevailed in the first matchup with the Penguins this season, winning 79-64 at home Jan. 17.

Milwaukee is 16-9 this season and 9-5 in League play, earning an overtime win at IU Indianapolis last week. The Panthers own one of the top rebounding teams in the country, pacing the League in rebounds per game (40.7), offensive rebounds per game (14.8) and rebounding margin (10.9).
Themus Fulks paces Milwaukee with 14.5 points and a League-best 5.4 assists per game.
Jamichael Stillwell leads the League with 10.8 rebounds per game, adding 13.3 points per game.

AJ McKee also average in double figures in scoring for the Panthers.
MKE will host Wright State and Northern Kentucky this weekend prior to traveling to Youngstown State for the ESPNU contest.

Youngstown State is 16-10 overall and 10-5 in #HLMBB action, picking up wins at Oakland and Detroit Mercy last week. YSU leads the League in blocks per game with 5.35. EJ Farmer paces the Penguins with 15.6 points per game. Nico Galette adds 11.8 points and 6.9 rebounds per game. Gabe Dynes adds 3.0 blocks per game.
The Penguins will host Purdue Fort Wayne then travel to Cleveland State ahead of hosting the Panthers on Feb. 21.

Continuing a relationship that began with the 1988 Midwestern Collegiate Conference men's basketball championship game, the entire Horizon League Men's Basketball Championship in Indianapolis will be televised on ESPN linear networks from the Corteva Coliseum. The action begins on Monday, March 10 with the semifinals and culminates with the championship game on Tuesday, March 11 on either ESPN or ESPN2.
