MILWAUKEE – The wait is over and the 2026-27 Milwaukee basketball season is right around the corner.

Head coach Bart Lundy and the Panther men start the regular season Nov. 2, hitting the road to take on Southern California, set for a 9:30 p.m. CT tipoff. In addition, the team will also host Luther for an exhibition matchup next week Wednesday, Oct. 28, now set for moved-up 5 p.m. tip-off (from the original 6 p.m. due to MLB game possibilities) at the Klotsche Center.
 
Head coach Kyle Rechlicz and the MKE women open at Northwestern Nov. 3, while also hosting an exhibition against Benedictince next week Thursday, Oct. 29, set to get underway at 6 p.m. at the Klotsche Center.

Both basketball teams took part in "Media Day" activities yesterday, with numerous members of the local sports media scene on hand to help set the stage for the new campaign.
