MILWAUKEE – Due to the possibility of Major League Baseball postseason games being played next week that would conflict if played, the Milwaukee men's basketball exhibition against Luther on Wednesday has been moved up to a 5 p.m. start.

The Panthers and Norse were originally scheduled to tip-off at 6 p.m. for the matchup but will move the game time to allow fans to plan their schedules around a possible Game 5 for the Brewers.

In addition, UWM students are invited to kick off basketball season at the Klotsche Center for the inaugural "Tip-Off Tailgate" beginning at 4 p.m. prior to the Panthers' men's basketball game against Luther.

The tailgate will feature a live DJ, free Toppers Pizza for students, tailgate games, and giveaways throughout the event. Students can also enjoy samples and prizes courtesy of UW Credit Union, Texas Roadhouse, and Klondike Cheese before cheering on the Panthers.
