A Message From Milwaukee MBB Head Coach Bart Lundy

Postseason starts next week across the league

MILWAUKEE – With a top-four seed locked up and the assurance of a first-round bye and home-court advantage in hand, Milwaukee head coach Bart Lundy has announced a decision he has made for the program regarding the Barbasol Horizon League Championships, which begin next week.

With the support of the MKE Athletics Department administration, Coach Lundy has decided that playing this quarterfinal game at the Klotsche Center gives the men's basketball team the best chance to win the one game that is needed to advance to Indianapolis for semifinals and the championship.
 
With the location of the contest now determined, the Milwaukee Ticket Office is ready to help fans get set for the action, which will get underway at 7 p.m. against an opponent that will be announced following the conclusion of the regular season Saturday. At 13-6 in league play, the Panthers can secure the No. 2 seed with a victory over Cleveland State and are still in line for the possibility of a share of the regular season title. 

Season ticket members have until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 28th to purchase their seats at a special discounted rate. Tickets have been placed on season-ticket member accounts and they can be purchased by clicking here.
 
The general public will be is able to purchase tickets by clicking here. Prices for the general public for Thursday's contest are a reasonable $10 for general admission seats and $7 for groups of 10 or more.
 
Tickets for Thursday's game can also be purchased by calling the Milwaukee Ticket Office at 414-229-5886 or by emailing uwmtix@uwm.edu.
 
For Thursday's game at the Klotshce Center, the Hardwood Club – presented by OHOW – will be open for all fans to be able to purchase soft drinks, beer, and wine.
