MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee men's basketball program has announced that BJ Freeman will miss Monday's season opener against the University of Wisconsin-Stout due to a violation of team rules.
 
"It is unfortunate, but BJ will miss tonight's game", head coach Bart Lundy said. "We look forward to him being back with the team in the near future."
 
The Panthers will tip off the 2023-24 season tonight at 7 p.m. against the Blue Devils at the Klotsche Center.
