MKE Men’s Basketball Adds UCF Transfer Moses Bol

Spent last two years with Knights

MILWAUKEE – Moses Bol has signed with Milwaukee and will join the roster of the men's basketball team, head coach Pat Baldwin announced today.

Bol, a 7-foot 1-inch center, comes to Milwaukee after spending the past two seasons at the University of Central Florida.

"I am really excited to bring Moses to our Panther family," Baldwin said. "He provides depth in our frontcourt, a huge paint presence, and potentially an ability to defend very good bigs. He is a good athlete and he can finish around the basket, has great character, and performs well in the classroom. We really love what Moses provides for our program."

Bol spent the 2019-20 season as a redshirt at UCF and did not see action over the course of the 2020-21 campaign. He will be eligible to play for the Panthers in the 2021-22 season as a graduate transfer.

Prior to his time at UCF, Bol spent two seasons at Colby Community College in Colby, Kansas. He appeared in 25 games in 2018-19, making 24 starts. In just 18.3 minutes per game, Bol averaged 5.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.2 blocked shots per game on his way to KJCCC All-Conference Honorable Mention honors. He shot 51.1 percent from the field and 64.9 percent from the free throw line, while also earning academic All-American honors as a freshman.

Bol is the cousin of Manute Bol, who played for four different teams in the National Basketball Association from 1985 to 1995 and also cousin to Bol Bol, who is currently in the NBA with the Denver Nuggets.
