MILWAUKEE – The wait is over and the 2019-20 Milwaukee basketball season is right around the corner.
 
Pat Baldwin and the Panther men start their regular season Nov. 5, hosting Concordia Wisconsin at UWM Panther Arena. The team also has an exhibition contest – taking on Cardinal Stritch at the Klotsche Center Oct. 31.
 
Kyle Rechlicz and the MKE women open their regular season Nov. 6 against Parkside, while also hosting an exhibition contest when they welcome Viterbo to campus Oct. 30.
 
Both basketball teams took part in "Media Day" activities earlier today, with numerous members of the local sports media scene on hand at the Pavilion to help set the stage for the new campaign.
