MILWAUKEE, Wis. – With the women's basketball season just over one week away, Matt Menzl and the Black & Gold Network sat down with head coach Kyle Rechlicz to preview the upcoming campaign.
 
Rechlicz highlights this season's returners and digs deeper into what this year's schedule has in store for the Panthers. Of the 15-player roster, 13 return for Milwaukee including four of its top five scorers.
 

 
The experienced Panthers' squad opens the season with an exhibition on Wednesday, October 30 against Viterbo. After five non-conference road games in the first seven regular season contests, Milwaukee hosts six consecutive in the Klotsche Center as it gets into the Horizon League schedule.
 
In the Horizon League preseason poll, Milwaukee was predicted to finish fifth with 57 total poll points.
