MILWAUKEE – Cullen Boyle of the Milwaukee cross country team has been selected to the Valeo Horizon League All-Academic Team, the league office announced Wednesday.
 
The honor marks Boyle's first All-Academic nod in cross country and adds to an already decorated career that includes 2025 Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic recognition.
 
During his senior season, Boyle delivered key performances for the Panthers, posting three top-20 finishes. His standout effort came at the Tom Barry Invitational, where he placed fourth with a time of 19:07.2. He also turned in one of the fastest 8K times in program history, clocking a 24:49.8 at the Joe Piane Invitational which was good for sixth all-time at Milwaukee.
 
In the classroom, Boyle has been equally impressive. He is an Architecture major and currently holds a GPA of 3.854. Boyle earned Dean's List distinction in both Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 and is a three-time member of the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.
