MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Athletics Department is excited to announce the "Panther Pledge Per Win" fundraising initiative, beginning today. This campaign invites alumni, fans, corporate partners, and community members to commit to a donation for every victory earned or three-pointer made by Milwaukee men's or women's basketball teams during the upcoming season.
 
The "Panther Pledge Per Win" campaign is a performance-driven giving program that deepens fan engagement and provides sustained support for the basketball programs. Participants pledge a set amount (e.g. $5, $10, $25, $50, or more) for victories or $3 for each three-pointer made to be contributed automatically for each occurrence recorded by their selected team across the season.
 
"The Panther Pledge Per Win initiative is more than just a fundraising tool - it's a rallying point for our entire community," MKE Director of Athletics Amanda Braun said. "Every win and every made three-pointer on the court now directly fuels the success of our student-athletes off the court. This initiative empowers our fans to be part of something bigger, helping us fund scholarships and provide championship level resources that make a real difference in the lives of our student-athletes."
 
The program was designed to amplify numerous areas:
*Sustained Momentum: Pledges tied to victories or three-pointers made keeps momentum going all season.
*Direct Connection: Donors feel a direct stake in team performance, heightening excitement and involvement.
*Flexible Giving: Donors can choose their pledge level, pledge option, and team(s) supported.
*Impactful Funding: The funds will be used for student-athlete scholarships and support (academics, nutrition, mental health), and other immediate department needs.

Select your pledge amount (per win and/or three-pointer) and designate support to one or both teams. At the end of the regular season, participants will be sent an invoice with total amount due.
 
The "Panther Pledge per Win" will run throughout the season, and there is no deadline to sign up. However, if a patron joins the pledge during the season they will be asked to pay for the entire campaign.
