MILWAUKEE- Following a dominant Saturday for the Milwaukee swimming and diving teams at the Wisconsin Showcase, three Panthers were named Horizon League Athletes of the Week Wednesday.
Charlie House,
Gabrielle LePine, and
Ben Stitgen were those that earned the honors from the league.

Named Men's Swimmer of the Week,
Charlie House impressed in the season-opening meet, taking first place in the 100 (46.52) and 200 (1:43.28) freestyle. The sophomore also helped the 200 freestyle relay team to a first-place finish to add to his outstanding day.

For the women,
Gabrielle LePine took home Swimmer of the Week honors after touching the wall first in the 100 (1:04.05) and 200 (2:25.19) breaststroke. She also played a part in Milwaukee's 200 freestyle and 200 medley relay teams capturing wins as well.

Rounding out the award winners was
Ben Stitgen being named Men's Diver of the Week. Stitgen claimed the top spot on the 1m (257.63) and 3m (275.85) boards to receive his well-deserved honors.

The award winners will be in action next on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 11 a.m., when the Panthers take on IU Indianapolis in the first meet at Klotsche Natatorium this season.
