MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Turea Moore has joined the Milwaukee women's basketball staff as Director of Basketball Operations, head coach Kyle Rechlicz announced on Wednesday.
 
"I am beyond excited to welcome Turea to our Panther family," Rechlicz said. "She comes highly recommended from people who I trust in the coaching world. She has a magnetic personality, is ready to work, and her positivity will flow throughout our program. We know we will continue to grow with her in our Director of Basketball Operations position."
 
Moore joins the Panthers after spending the last two seasons as Event and Operations Graduate Assistant at UW-Parkside where she earned her Master of Science in sport management. ­
 
Prior to Parkside, Moore was a Basketball Operations Intern with the Classic For Columbus where she was the main point of contact for players, transportation, and scheduling.
 
In 2018, Moore spent a semester as an Assistant to the Director of Basketball Operations at Cleveland State, contributing to coordination of team travel, aiding in creating recruit profiles, and managing team equipment.
 
Moore earned her Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green in sport management and while there, worked with arena operations as well as operations within the men's basketball team.
