"I am pleased with the way our schedule worked out," Kucera said. "This schedule is tough, but there are fantastic competition opportunities out there for us. I love that we secured 12 home matches. I can't wait for Panther Nation to see our team compete; they are a fun group to watch."

The schedule includes non-conference matchups with both Wisconsin and Marquette and will conclude with the Horizon League Championships in late April.

"On top of that, it's thrilling to have both Wisconsin and Marquette on the schedule," Kucera said. "In-state rivalries are important, and we are fortunate to have two quality opponents for in-state rivals. Most importantly though, this schedule will allow us to grow throughout the spring and to be at our best during Horizon League play. We can't wait to get out there and represent the Black and Gold!"

The season opener is set for Jan. 22, hosting Hillsdale in a doubleheader.

The team will then close out the month in Ohio, taking on Miami (OH) Jan. 28 and Dayton Jan. 29.

February opens with a trip to Madison to play the Badgers (Feb. 2) for the first time since January of 2018 before starting a stretch of three matches at home: Illinois State Feb. 2, Gustavus Adolphus Feb. 11, and Eastern Illinois Feb. 12.

The team hits the road to close February, traveling to Omaha Feb. 18, Creighton Feb. 19, and then at Marquette Feb. 26.

March opens with dual home meets against UNI (March 4), UIC (March 5), and Whitewater (March 12). The month then closes with a trip to Indiana to take on Valparaiso March 25.

April sees Horizon League action on the slate, hosting Oakland to get things started April 2. A weekend trip to Ohio will have the Panthers battle Cleveland State April 7 and Youngstown State April 8, with a home dual against Chicago State April 15 in a quick break from conference play.

The regular season then wraps up with a pair of home matches, hosting Northern Kentucky April 22 and IUPUI April 23.

The Horizon League Championships are then set for April 28-30, 2023.
