MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Milwaukee women's basketball team's game against Detroit Mercy has been canceled due positive COVID-19 tests within the Titan's tier I individuals. The game was originally scheduled for Saturday, January 1.
 
Per Horizon League policy, vetted by multiple membership groups and approved by the Horizon League Council, the contest will be considered a forfeit. The game is canceled and will not be rescheduled.
 
Tickets purchased for the canceled game can be exchanged for tickets to any home Panther women's basketball game that remains during the 2021-22 season.  
 
The Panthers game against Oakland on Thursday, December 30 will still be played and is scheduled for a 7:00 pm tipoff.
