Panthers Release Non-Conference Schedule

MKE hosts Ball State to kick off 2020-21 campaign

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Milwaukee women's basketball team announced its non-conference schedule for the 2020-21 season on Wednesday morning. As it stands right now, this year's condensed schedule features four opponents before the Horizon League Schedule kicks off in mid-December.

For the second consecutive season, the Panthers will open the year at the Klotsche Center. MKE hosts Ball State on November 25, a team that won 21 games a season ago.

That following Saturday, November 28, the Panthers head to Illinois for a 6:00 pm matchup with Bradley. The Braves won 22 games in 2019-20 and return nine players for the 2020-21 campaign.

On December 2, the Panthers head downtown to take on BIG EAST runner-up Marquette University. This marks the eighth straight season that Milwaukee has matched up with the Golden Eagles.

That following weekend, MKE looks to avenge a home loss to Bowling Green from a season ago as the Panthers head to Ohio on December 6.

Milwaukee will not host spectators for any games in the months of November and December due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Fans can fill the stands virtually by purchasing a carboard cutout for $25.
