MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee men's and women's basketball teams invite you to join them on Spaights Plaza for a kickoff to the upcoming 2018-19 basketball season.
 
The "Panthers on the Plaza" event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 10^th on the UWM campus, on Spaights Plaza outside the Union, from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.
 
Participants who stop by can take part in interactive games and activities with the student-athletes and coaches from both programs.
 
Complimentary food will be provided (while supplies last) and fans can enjoy various Panther giveaways.
 
The event is free and open to the public, as well as to UWM students and staff.
