MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee men's basketball head coach Bart Lundy has announced the promotions of two members of his support staff, elevating Will Glisky to Director of Scouting and Analytics and Cooper Janicki to Director of Basketball Operations ahead of the 2026-27 season.
 
Both Glisky and Janicki have played integral roles behind the scenes since their arrivals and will take on expanded responsibilities as the Panthers continue preparations for the upcoming campaign.
 
"Will and Cooper have earned these opportunities through their work ethic, professionalism and commitment to our program," Lundy said. "They are invaluable members of our staff who consistently go above and beyond in their roles. These promotions recognize the impact they've already made while positioning them to take on even greater responsibilities moving forward."
 
Glisky enters his third season with the Panthers after serving as Video Coordinator during the 2025-26 campaign. In his new role as Director of Scouting and Analytics, he will oversee the program's analytics efforts, provide detailed film breakdowns for the coaching staff and assist with all opponent scouting.
 
In addition to his video responsibilities, Glisky has become an important resource in Milwaukee's game preparation, utilizing advanced analytics and film study to help provide the coaching staff with valuable insight throughout the season. Before joining the Panthers, Glisky gained coaching experience at Minnesota State University Moorhead after working as a student manager at South Dakota State University.
 
Janicki has been promoted to Director of Basketball Operations after spending the past three seasons as a graduate assistant as well as assistant ops director. A former Milwaukee student manager for four years before taking on a larger role, Janicki has been instrumental in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the program.
 
His expanded role will include serving as the team's travel coordinator while overseeing daily logistics and basketball operations, ensuring the program runs efficiently both on and off the court.
 
A Milwaukee graduate, Janicki has worked closely with the coaching staff on a wide variety of operational responsibilities since transitioning from student manager to graduate assistant prior to the 2023-24 season.
