INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Seniors
Cassidy Pilo and
Jenn Kordik earned wins for the Milwaukee women's swim & dive team in a loss Friday to IUPUI from the IUPUI Natatorium.
Cassidy Pilo went 1-2 in both dive events, winning the 1-meter with a final score of 248.85 points. Pilo came up just short in the 3-meter dive to Rylee Dahlman by three tenths of a point. The Sussex native racked up a score of 260.55 points to Dahlman's 260.85 for runner-up.
Fellow classmate
Jenn Kordik finished the meet with one event win and three second place finishes.
Kordik,
Keely Frankwicz,
Isabella Passamani, and
Shelby Rozeboom got the Panthers started in the 200 Medley Relay placing second with a time of 1:48.12. The Mundelein (Ill.) also took second in the 100 Breaststroke (1:06.49) and 200 Breaststroke (2:23.81). Kordik stood at the top of the podium in the 200 IM touching the wall at 2:10.24.

Giulia Guerra-Montes continued to make waves as a freshman winning the 200 Backstroke and placing second in the 100 Backstroke. In the 200, Guerra-Montes came in with a final time of 2:06.56, with fellow teammates
Carolina Matamoros and
Mia Piljevic following right behind for third and fourth.
Guerra-Montes and Piljevic finished in the top-three in the 100 Backstroke as well. The freshmen duo clocked in with a final time of 59.54 and 59.74.
Seniors
Addison Skogman and
Emma Helgeson also gained valuable points for the Panthers against the Jaguars. Skogman took second in 1000 Freestyle (10.40.58) and Helgeson finished runner-up in the 100 Freestyle (53.64).
The Panthers return home for a dual on Sat., Nov. 2 against Wheaton College. The meet is set begin at 4:30 p.m. from Klotsche Natatorium.
