MILWAUKEE - Head coach Scott Doffek of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee baseball team has announced today that the weekend series at the University of Louisville has been cancelled with no makeup date planned.

Due to the snow that fell in the Louisville, Ky., area and the weather forecast for the upcoming weekend - highs in the low 20's Friday and a 100 percent chance of rain all day Saturday - the three-game series against the seventh-ranked Cardinals has been called off.

The Panthers will have the weekend off from competition.
