MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee baseball program recently introduced The Baseball Diamond Club, a new initiative dedicated to enhancing the experience of Panther student-athletes, coaches, and fans.
 
The Baseball Diamond Club will run on yearly memberships from July 1 through June 30 and aims to provide resources that will elevate the program, celebrate player accomplishments, and create unforgettable moments both on and off the field.
 
"We have had solid initial momentum since The Baseball Diamond Club debuted earlier this year and we look to add more members and contributors now that we are in full swing with our season," commented Milwaukee Baseball head coach and former student-athlete, Shaun Wegner.
 
"The Baseball Diamond Club will allow us to enhance the experience for our student-athletes; ensuring proper travel, lodging, and nutrition throughout our 56-game schedule," Wegner added. "As a mid-major program, we are constantly looking for ways to further develop Milwaukee and create a place that potential student-athletes have to highly consider. Each gift, great or small, directly impacts our mission and our future for where we envision Milwaukee Baseball to be."
 
While donations of all sizes are greatly appreciated, the club will feature six tiers of giving, starting at the 'HBP/BB' Level starting at $250, through the 'Grand Slam' level at $10,000+. Gifts to The Baseball Diamond Club are tax deductible, though membership benefits may include a non-charitable component. Members are welcome to opt out of any benefit item they wish to maximize the tax deductible portion of their gift.
