MILWAUKEE – Senior Declan Rodriguez of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee men's soccer team has been named the Horizon League Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced today.

Rodriguez earns the honor for the first time in his stellar career, which wrapped up last week with a convincing 4-0 rout of regionally-ranked Northern Kentucky on "Senior Night".
 
Rodriguez tallied a pair of goals on six shots, the first coming on a header in the 14^th minute that stood up as his third game-winner of the season. His second came on a breakaway in the 47^th minute to make it 3-0 and put the game away.
 
Rodriguez finished his final season in the Top 10 in points in the Horizon League and is currently tied for second place in goals.
