Ethan Britt returns to the Milwaukee strength and conditioning staff for his second season in 2026–27.
Britt will work with the Panther women’s soccer program as well as the track & field teams.
Prior to joining Milwaukee, Britt was a student-athlete at Sewanee: The University of the South in Tennessee, where he played on the football team. He earned his degree in biology with a focus in pre-physical therapy in May 2025.
During his collegiate years, Britt gained experience in strength and conditioning through a summer internship at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, where he spent three summers assisting the staff with coaching, demonstrating, and cuing student-athletes.
He also served as the head strength and conditioning coach at Seaforth High School in North Carolina, working with multiple athletic programs. In addition, Britt worked as a coach and referee with i9 Sports.
