2018-19 Season
2019 Outdoor: Just missed a podium spot by taking 10th overall in the 1500m at the Horizon League Championships ... prelim time of 4:45.37 equaled a new personal record ... also competed in the 800m at the league meet, taking 16th ... started the season taking sixth in the 1500m in 4:54.99 at the Jack Shaw Classic April 5 ... lowered that time to 4:47.41 at Kentucky April 20 ... four days later, won the 800m in 2:17.88 at Marquette.

2019 Indoor: Earned a spot on the podium in the mile, taking fifth with a time of 5:03.49 at the Horizon League Championships ... also helped the DMR squad take fourth at the league meet ... started her senior track campaign taking fourth in the mile in 5:11.47 at the Tierney Classic Jan. 19 ... lowered that time to 5:10.59 at the Meyo Invite Feb. 2 ... one week later, was a part of a big weekend for Milwaukee's distance crew at the GVSU Big Meet, clocking in at 5:01.00 in the mile to now rank sixth in program history.

2018 Cross Country: Helped Milwaukee win its first ever Horizon League Championship ... finished 29th overall at the league meet in 22:47.7 ... started her season in a big team showing, taking 15th overall in 19:14.2 at the Vic Godfrey Invite Sept. 8 ... lowered that time down to 19:01.5 with a 33rd-place finish one week later at the John McNichols Invite ... clocked her first 6k of the season in 22:32.3 at the annual Bradley Classic Oct. 12 ... was a team captain.


2017-18 Season
2018 Outdoor: Competed in three meets on the year ... started things off taking 20th in the 800m in 2:27.55 at the Big Blue Classic Mar. 31 ... one week later, dropped over three seconds off that time to finish in 2:24.28 at the Gibson Invite ... competed one other time, taking 11th in the 800m at the Drake Alternative April 28 ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2018 Indoor: Just missed a spot in finals, taking 10th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... also helped the DMR to a fifth-place finish at the league meet ... time of 2:18.36 at the league meet was a season best ... started the season taking 16th in the mile at the home Tierney Classic Jan. 20 ...  came in eighth in the mile in 2:22.76 at the Parkside Classic Feb. 3 ... two weeks later, lowered that time to 2:19.39 for a runner-up finish at the Panther Tune-Up ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2017 Cross Country: Made big strides as a junior, finishing second on the team and 16th overall at the Horizon League Championships with a solid time of 23:11.0 ... started the season 21st overall in 19:07.5 at the Vic Godfrey Open Sept. 9 ... one week later, helped UWM to another dominant team showing with a 5K personal-record time of 18:12.9 at the Bradley Intercollegiate ... finished second on the team at the national Louisville Classic Sept. 30 with a time of 18:44.35 ... turned in a season-best 6K time of 22:54.8 at the Bradley Classic Oct. 13 ... crossed the line in 23:26.5 for 156th overall at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Nov. 10 ... voted a team captain.


2016-17 Season
2017 Outdoor: Was a part of Milwaukee's dominance in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships as one of four Panthers in the eight-person finals, finishing in eighth place ... opened the outdoor season up with a fifth-place finish in the 1500m at the Edmonds Invite Mar. 25 ... one week later, had a strong time of 4:53.44 in the same event at the Big Blue Classic ... was ninth in her first 800m of the season in 2:20.32 at Marquette April 7 ... finished 11th in the 1500m at the Pacesetter Invite April 22 ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2017 Indoor: Came in 13th in the mile at the indoor league championships ... ran the 3k once to start the season, taking 10th at the home Tierney Classic Jan. 21 ... one week later was 12th in the mile at the Messersmith Invite ... posted a PR in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet, clocking in at 5:16.69 for 19th place Feb. 11 ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2016 Cross Country: Finished 56th overall at the Horizon League Championships in lone 6k of the year ... started the season at the UIC Opener Sept. 3, taking 40th in 16:38.7 ... one week later, came in 55th in 20:15.3 at the Midwest Classic ... dropped that time down to 19:34.1 at the massive Louisville Classic Oct. 1.


2015-16 Season
2016 Outdoor: Scored with a seventh-place finish in the 1500m and came in 15th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... began the year taking eighth in the 800m at the Billiken Kickoff Mar. 19 ... fourth in the 800m at the Edmonds Invite Mar. 26 ... was 20th in the 1500m at the Big Blue Classic one week later ... placed fifth in the 800m with a season-best time of 2:21.95 at the Drake Alternative May 1.

2016 Indoor: Finished 11th in the 800m and third in the DMR at the Horizon League Championships as a freshman ... started her collegiate career by winning the 600m at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 16 ... took 14th in the 800m at the Mike Lints Open Jan. 30 ... helped post the second-fastest DMR time in program history at 11:56.36 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 12 ... finished runner-up in the same event at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 19.

2015 Cross Country: Came in 44th overall as a freshman at the Horizon League Championship ... made collegiate debut Sept. 5 at the Flyers/Flames Invite, taking 20th ... two weeks later, scored and helped Milwaukee to a team win at the Friendship Invite, coming in 15th in 19:15.6 ... dropped time and was 91st at the Notre Dame Invite Oct. 2 ... again helped the team to a win, taking seventh overall in 18:56 at the Panther Prowl Oct. 10 ... ran first collegiate 6k one week later, placing 131st in 22:27 at the Bradley Classic ... closed out the season at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Nov. 13 in 23:53.2.


High School
A three-year cross country runner at Bay Port High School ... named first-team all conference as a senior ... also ran track all four years ... earned a spot on the podium both as a junior and a senior in the 4x800m relay.
