Caleb Rogalski returns to his alma mater as assistant throws coach for his fourth season in 2026-27 after an impressive career as a student-athlete with the Panthers.
During his time on the staff, Rogalski has helped lead the Panthers to five Horizon League individual championships.
On the men's side, Josh Cygan has claimed three conference titles under Rogalski's guidance, winning the discus in 2025 and 2026, along with the weight throw championship in 2026.
On the women's side, Nolie Anderson captured the 2026 Horizon League discus title, becoming the program's first conference champion in a women's throwing event since Tabitha Wechlo won the shot put in 2024.
Following the 2024 Horizon League Championships, Wechlo qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the shot put.
In his final season as a student-athlete, Rogalski was named the 2023 Indoor Outstanding Field Performer at the Horizon League Championships. He was also a two-time champion for the Panthers in his final year as a student-athlete with wins in the Indoor Weight Throw and the Outdoor Hammer Throw.
Rogalski also earned the hammer throw champion during the 2022 Horizon League Outdoor Championships making him just one of three Panthers to win the event in back-to-back championships dating back to 1998.
The Winneconne, Wisconsin native joined the Panthers in advance of the 2018-19 season. He earned spots on the podium in three-straight WIAA State Championship meets in the discus.
