2017 Outdoor: Came in ninth in the 10,000m and 14th in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... 10k time at the league meet was just shy of a PR at 37:46.42 ... opened the season by taking 10th in the 5k at the Big Blue Classic April 1 with a time of 17:53.36 ... two weeks later, went out west to the storied Mt. SAC Relays and finished the 10,000m in 28th place ... also ran the 1500m once on the season, taking 13th at the Drake Alternative April 29 ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2017 Indoor: Finished 15th in the 5000m at the league indoor meet ... started her senior season taking sixth in the mile at the home Tierney Classic Jan. 21 ... one week later, came in fifth in the 3000m at the Messersmith Invite ... turned in a season-best 5k time of 18:09.24 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 11 ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2016 Outdoor: Scored in both events at the Horizon League Championships, placing fourth in the 10,000m and seventh in the 5000m ... started the season taking fourth in the 5K at the Billiken Kickoff Mar. 19 ... won the first 10K on the year at the Big Blue Classic April 2 ... two weeks later, posted a PR time of 37:28.71 in the 10,000m at the storied Mt. SAC Relays for 26th place ... ran the 1500m once on the year, taking second at the Drake Alternative May 1.

2016 Indoor: Finished eighth in the 5000m and 12th in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season by winning the mile at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 16 ... took sixth in the 3000m at the Tierney Quad Jan. 24 ... one week later, came in fourth in the 5K at the Mike Lints Open ... posted a season-best 3K time of 10:18.87 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 12 ... placed fourth in the mile at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 19.

2015 Indoor: Competed in the 3000m and 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... ran at three other meets on the season ... finished ninth in the 3K at the Parkside Classic Feb. 7 ... had a season-best time of 19:16.62 in the 5000m at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 14. 2015 Outdoor: Finished 26th overall in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... competed in just two other meets on the season ... posted a season-best 5K time of 19:07.92 at the EIU Big Blue Classic April 4 ... also ran the 3000m once, taking eighth at Marquette April 10.

2014 Indoor: Earned a spot on the podium with a sixth-place finish in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... also ran in the 3000m at the league championships, taking 11th ... posted season-best times in both events at the league meet ... took fifth in the 3k in collegiate debut at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 17 ... also competed in the mile twice, winning the event at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 22. 2014 Outdoor: Finished 10th in the 10,000m at the Horizon League Championships ... came in sixth in the 5k at the Bill Cornell Invitational Mar. 29 ... competed in the 3000m once, taking ninth at the Marquette Duals April 4, and the 1500m once, coming in 28th at the Gateway Invitational April 19.

High School: Holds the school record in both the 1600m and 3200m in track ... qualified for the state meet in track as a senior, taking eighth in the 3200m and earning the only points for her team at the meet ... earned back-to-back trips to the state cross country championships ... had a strong senior season, coming in second in the Wolverine Invitational and finishing third overall at sectionals after a fourth-place finish as a junior ... also won the Racine Lighthouse Run ... competed in gymnastics as a freshman.
