2014 Indoor: Came in eighth in the mile and 21st in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships .. was sixth in the 3k at the John Craft Invite Jan. 25 ... had a season-best time of 8:43.28 in the event and took third at the Jack Jennett Invite Feb. 1 ... won the mile only other time running the event on the season at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 22.2014 Outdoor: Finished ninth in both the 1500m and the steeplechase the Horizon League Championships ... had a season-best time of 9:50.65 with a third-place finish in the steeplechase at the Billiken Invite April 12 ... finished runner-up in the 1500m at the Drake Alternative April 26 ... ran the 3000m once, taking fourth at the Cougar Classic Mar. 22.

2013 Indoor: Finished fifth in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships as a freshman ... posted season-best time with that run ... won the same event one week earlier at the Panther Tune-Up ... also ran the 5000m once, taking 73rd at the GVSU Big Meet. Outdoor: Came in runner-up in the steeplechase at the outdoor league championships with time of 9:33.36, which now stands seventh in UWM history ... won the same event at the Gateway Invitational April 20 ... took ninth in the 1500m in season-opener Billiken Kickoff Mar. 23 ... lowered his time in the 1500m each time out, finishing with a PR of 3:58.36 ... also ran the 5000m once, taking 16th at the Bill Cornel Spring Classic.
