2018 Outdoor: Turned in the fastest 400m of his career at the Horizon League Championships, clocking in at 48.46 to move into eighth place in program history ... that time was good for fourth at the league meet ... also finished runner-up in the 4x400m relay and 11th in the 200m at the conference championships ... started the season taking third in the 200m in 21.98 and fourth in the 400m in 50.03 at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic Mar. 24 ... came in third in the 400m and ninth in the 100m at the Big Blue Classic one week later ... was runner-up in the 400m in 49.63 at DePaul April 21 ... turned in a then-PR time of 48.52 at Louisville's Lyles/Wood Invite April 27 ... capped his career winning the 400m in 49.11, taking fourth in the 100m in 11.18 and sixth in the 200m in 22.09 at the Eagle Open May 13 ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2018 Indoor: Clocked in at 48.88 in the 400m finals at the Horizon League Championships - second-fastest indoor 400m of his career - for fifth place ... also helped the 4x400m relay to a third-place finish and came in 10th in the 200m at the league meet ... started his senior season by winning the 200m and taking second in the 400m at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 13 ... two weeks later, came in eighth in the 200m and 10th in the 400m at the Mark Messersmith Invite ... put up strong times at Notre Dame's Meyo Invite Feb. 2, taking 27th in the 200m and 29th in the 400m ... was a part of the school-record-breaking DMR Feb. 10 at the GVSU Big Meet, running the 400m leg and finishing with a combined time of 9:55.12 - shattering the previous mark of 9:58.58 set back in 2006 ... came in runner-up in the 200m and 10th in the 60m at the annual Panther Tune-Up Feb. 17 ... named to the Horizon League All-Academic Team and the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2017 Outdoor: Had a big showing at the outdoor league meet to cap his junior season, coming in runner-up in the 400m, fifth in the 200m and helping the 4x400m relay team to a silver medal ... time of 48.84 in the 400m finals at the league championships was a season best and just shy of a personal record ... kicked off the outdoor season by winning both the 200m and 400m at the Edmonds Invite Mar. 25 ... again ran two events at Marquette, taking third in the 200m and 10th in the 100m April 7 ... placed third in the 400m at the Benedictine Invite one week later ... turned in a pair of runner-up finishes in both the 200m and 400m at the Pacesetter Invite April 22 ... again came in second in the 200m at the Drake Alternative April 29 ... named to the Horizon-League All-Academic Team ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2017 Indoor: Came in third in the 400m, third in the 4x400m relay and 11th in the 200m at the Horizon League Championships ... posted season-best times in both individual events at the league meet ... started his junior year taking fifth in the 200m at Whitewater's opener Jan. 14 ... placed fourth in the 300m at the Tierney Classic one week later ... ran at the Meyo Invite, taking 45th in the 200m and 47th in first 400m run of the year ... followed that up by taking sixth in the 400m at the GVSU Big Meet Jan. 11 ... won the 200m at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 18 ... named to the Horizon-League All-Academic Team ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2016 Indoor: Repeated as league champions in the 4x400m relay at the Horizon League Championships ... winning time of 3:14.40 now ranks third in program history ... also came in third in the 400m and 10th in the 200m at the league meet ... 400m finals time of 48.75 at the league championships now ranks 10th all time in Panther history ... started the season fourth in the 200m and seventh in the 60m at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 16 ... ran the 300m next time out, taking ninth at the home Tierney Quad ... placed fourth in the 200m and eighth in the 400m at the Mike Lints Open Jan. 30 .... one week later, took 30th in the 200m and 39th in the 400m at Notre Dame's Meyo Invite ... finished second in the 200m and 13th in the 60m at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 19 ... named to the Horizon League All-Academic Team ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2015 Indoor: Was crowned league champion in the 4x400m relay as a freshman ... also came in fourth in the 400m and ninth in the 200m at the Horizon League Championships ... made his collegiate debut Jan. 16 at the Mike Lints Open, taking third in the 300m, fifth in the 60m, 14th in the 200m and 15th in the 400m ... came in fourth in the 200m and ninth in the 55m at the Tadd Metzger Invite Jan. 30 ... helped break the school 4x400m relay record with a winning time of 3:13.88 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 14 ... fourth in the 200m and seventh in the 55m at the Parkside Classic Feb. 7. 2015 Outdoor: Continued strong freshman campaign by earning a league title in the 4x400m relay ... also finished fifth in the 400m and seventh in the 200m at the Horizon League Championships ... kicked off outdoor season taking sixth in the 400m and 10th in the 200m at the EIU Big Blue Classic April 4 ... 400m time of 48.69 at EIU now stands 10th in UWM history ... one week later, was third in the 200m at Marquette ... helped break the school 4x200m relay record at the historic Drake Relays, lowering the standard to 1:25.24 ... finished no worse than 10th all year long.
