2018-19 Season
2019 Outdoor: Just missed a scoring spot, taking 10th in the 10k in 32:40.87 at the Horizon League Championships ... started his outdoor season taking eighth in the 5k in 15:47.86 at the Wheaton Invitational April 6 ... two weeks later, dropped that time down to 15:29.81 at Kentucky.
2019 Indoor: Finished 12th in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships with a season-best time of 15:27.24 ... made his season debut Jan. 19 at home for the annual Tierney Classic Jan. 19 taking seventh in the 3000m ... competed in just one other meet on the year, clocking in at 15:40.33 in the 5k at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 8.
2018 Cross Country: Helped Milwaukee bring home a runner-up trophy at the Horizon League Championships, finishing 28th overall in 26:16.5 at the league meet ... helped MKE earn a regional ranking, checking in at No. 13 - the highest ranking in program history ... started his senior season scoring and taking 35th overall at the Vic Godfrey Invite Sept. 8 with a time of 26:53.6 ... came in 41st overall just one week later in 26:52.9 at Indiana State's home meet ... had a big time drop at the Loyola Lakefront Invite Sept. 29, crossing the line in 25:39.2 ... capped his cross country career at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a time of 33:17 for 120th place.
2017-18 Season
2018 Outdoor: Repeated his spot on the podium at the Horizon League Championships, taking seventh in the 10,000m in 32:06.00 ... also competed in the 5k at the league meet ... started his season taking fifth in the 5000m in 15:24.33 at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic Mar. 24 ... two weeks later, was sixth in the same event at the Gibson Invite ... topped the field in the 5k with a season-best time of 15:20.70 at the Don Church Twilight April 21.
2018 Indoor: Just missed a scoring spot in both events at the Horizon League Championships, taking ninth in the 3000m with a PR time of 8:33.35 after finishing 10th in the 5k in 15:11.39 ... ran in two other meets on the year, taking fourth in the 3k at the Tierney Classic Jan. 20 and finished 36th in the 5000m at the GVSU Big Meet in 14:58.54.
2017 Cross Country: Made big strides as a junior, finishing in the top three for Milwaukee every time out ... took second for UWM and 22nd overall at the Horizon League Championships in 26:37.7 ... kicked the year off taking 11th overall in a strong team showing at the Bradley Intercollegiate Sept. 15, crossing the line in 26:04.8 ... two weeks later, turned in a PR time of 25:31.8 at the national Louisville Classic ... helped his team to another strong showing at Bradley Oct. 13, this time taking 98th overall in 26:29.5 ... was the second Panther to cross the line at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a time of 33:25.
2016-17 Season
2017 Outdoor: Had a big showing at the Horizon League Championships, scoring and taking seventh in the 10,000m run ... 10k time of 31:50.48 at the league meet was a big PR ... ran in two other meets on the year, taking fifth in the 10k at the Big Blue Classic April 1 and fourth in the 5000m at the Pacesetter Invite April 22.
2017 Indoor: Placed 14th in the 5000m and 31st in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... started his season taking ninth in the mile at the Tierney Classic Jan. 21 ... one week later, crossed the line fifth in the 3k in 8:43.64 at the Messersmith Invite ... ran his first 5k of the season at the GVSU Big Meet in 15:14.18.
2016 Cross Country: Finished 53rd at the Horizon League Championships in 28:07.7 ... began the year taking 46th at the UIC Opener Sept. 3 ... one week later, was 43rd at the Midwest Open in 27:22.0 ... turned in a season-best time of 26:06.08 at the massive Louisville Classic Oct. 1 ... crossed the line in 26:09.2 two weeks later at Bradley ... finished the season at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional 10k in 33:15.5.
2015-16 Season
2016 Outdoor: Finished 19th in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season taking fifth in the same event at the Billiken Kickoff Mar. 19 ... was 22nd in the 5k at the Big Blue Classic April 2 ... placed seventh in the 5000m at the Lee Calhoun Memorial April 15.
2016 Indoor: Competed in the 3000m and 5000m at the Horizon League Championships as a freshman ... posted a season-best 3k time of 8:55.45 at the league meet ... made collegiate track debut Jan. 24 at the home Tierney Quad, taking 14th in the 3000m ... posted a season-best 5k time of 15:38.52 at the GVSU Big Meet.
2015 Cross Country: Came in 40th overall as a freshman at the Horizon League Championships ... made collegiate debut Sept. 5 at the Flyers/Flames Challenge, taking 23rd overall ... two weeks later, was part of a team win at the Friendship Invite, finishing 32nd overall ... dropped 40 seconds in time at the next race - the Notre Dame Invite - Oct. 2 ... posted a season-best time of 25:42.8 at Pre-Nationals Oct. 17.
High School
Ran both cross country and track all four years for Port Washington High School ... a team captain for both squads ... was a conference champion and first-team all conference honoree in cross country ... qualified for state twice, taking 16th overall as a senior ... also qualified for state in the 3200m twice, taking eighth as a junior.
