High School: Graduated from Lakeside Lutheran High School in Lake Mills, Wisconsin … was a four-year member of the Warriors’ track & field program … helped the team to a pair of state and sectional championships while also helping the team to three regional and four conference championships … was the 2024 state champion in the 800m run and was an All-State honoree for his performance … named Conference Performer of the Year in both 2023 and 2024 … was a four-time First Team All-Conference selection … set the school record with personal-best times of 49.21 in the 400m run and a 1:52.98 in the 800m run … also has a career-best mark of 4:31.25 in the 1600m run set during his junior season … also played three seasons of varsity football while in high school … was on the high honor roll throughout high school … also competed for the Milwaukee Speed Academy.
 
Personal: Son of Kirk and Suzi Grundahl … has one sibling, Arik … plans to major in business while studying at Milwaukee.
