2025-26 (at Arizona & New Orleans): Placed 10th in the 2025 Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 800m with a time of 1:51.20 with Arizona... earned three top-10 finishes at the 2026 Southland Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 800m and the DMR.

High School: Competed in track & field for three seasons, played soccer in first year... All-State and All-Region honors in the 800m and 1500m... regional champion... state champion... national runner-up in the U23 Championships in the 800m in 2024... competed on the Mexican National Team in the Pan American Games in Paraguay... took third place at the Senior National Championships in the 800m in 2026. 

Personal: Son of Jose Tomas Rodriguez and Maria Denis Montoya... has one sibling named Sofia (21)... chose Milwaukee because of the coaching staff and academics... competed for the Edsonora Track Club in Mexico.
