2018 Outdoor: Capped his solid Panther career taking 14th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season taking 15th in the same event in 2:03.59 at the Gibson Invite April 7 ... had a big time drop two weeks later at DePaul, taking seventh in 1:58.62 ... continued to shave off time one week later at the Drake Alternative, taking fifth in 1:58.42 ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2018 Indoor: Just missed a spot in finals after taking ninth in the 800m prelims with a big PR time of 1:57.23 at the Horizon League Championships ... also helped the DMR to a third-place finish at the league meet ... started the season taking seventh in the 600m at the home Tierney Classic Jan. 20 ... ran the mile once on the season, taking 14th at the Mark Messersmith Invite Jan. 27 ... clocked first 800m in 2:01.50 for fourth at the Parkside Classic Feb. 3 ... won the same event two weeks later in 1:59.42 at the Panther Tune-Up ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2017 Outdoor: Used a big final push to bring home the silver medal in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... turned in a season-best 1500m time Marquette in 3:59.85 for seventh place April 7 ... one week later, clocked a PR in the 800m of 1:55.57 at Benedictine for sixth place ... came in sixth in the 1500m at the Drake Alternative April 29 ... ran one final 1500m on the season at the Dr. Keeler Invite May 12, taking 41st in 4:00.48.

2017 Indoor: Once again scored at the conference meet, taking eighth in the mile with a season-best time of 4:13.56 ... also ran in the 3000m at the league championships, taking 26th ... started his season coming in runner-up in the 3k at the home Tierney Classic Jan. 21 ... one week later, placed third in the mile at the Messersmith Invite ... had a big 3k PR at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 11, crossing the line in 8:33.13 for second place.

2016 Outdoor: Landed on the podium with a sixth-place finish in the 1500m at the Horizon League Championships ... posted a season-best time of 3:57.67 in that race ... began the season 13th in the 1500m and 19th in the 800m at the Billiken Kickoff Mar. 19 ... won the 1500m at the Lee Calhoun Memorial April 15 ... one week later, was seventh in the same event at Louisville's Lyles/Wood Invite ... finished runner-up in the 1500m at the Drake Alternative May 1.

2016 Indoor: Finished seventh in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... posted a season-best time of 8:34.47 in the 3k at the league championships ... also helped the DMR team to a third-place finish at the league meet ... started the season taking second in the mile at the Tierney Quad Jan. 24 ... one week later, was 14th in the 3000m at the Mike Lints Open ... took sixth in the 3k at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 12.

2015 Indoor: Finished 13th in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships with a PR time of 8:56.63 ... came in 11th in the mile in first action of the season at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 23 ... placed 14th in the 3K at the Parkside Classic Feb. 7 ... eighth in the mile in 4:33.27 at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 20. 2015 Outdoor: Came in 13th in steeplechase and 21st in the 1500m at the Horizon League Championships ... made outdoor debut Mar. 21 at the Billiken Kickoff, taking ninth in the 1500m and 17th in the 800m ... was eighth in the 800m at Marquette April 10 ... one week later, came in 11th in steeplechase with a season-best time of 10:09.98 ... finished runner-up in the 1500m at the Drake Alternative April 26 ... also ran the 5K once on the season, taking 23rd.

2014 Indoor: Received a medical hardship waiver after suffering an injury following just two meets on the year ... finished eighth in the 3000m in collegiate debut at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 17 ... placed 14th in the mile at the Jack Jennett Invitational Feb. 1. 2014 Outdoor: Did not compete and maintained freshman eligibility.

High School: Two-year captain and three-time state qualifier in cross country ... named team MVP all four years ... two-time individual conference champion ... took top spot at sectional as a senior ... top-10 finisher in the state as a senior ... also a three-time state qualifier in track ... finished on the podium in the 3200m as a senior ... holds two conference records ... won the student-athlete award at Kettle Moraine Lutheran as a senior.
