2018-19 Season
2019 Outdoor: Brought home the silver medal in steeplechase in 9:05.59 at the Horizon League Championships ... also had a strong showing the 1500m, taking fifth at the league meet ... started his final outdoor campaign with a win in steeplechase in 9:25.20 at the Joey Haines Invite Mar. 30 ... was named Horizon League Runner of the Week April 16 after he lowered that time down to 9:02.91, taking second in the event at the Bison Outdoor Classic at Bucknell ... that time now ranks him second in MKE history ... just one week later, came in third in the same event in 9:10.99 at the Kentucky Open ... also won the 1500m in 3:55.04 at Marquette April 24.

2019 Indoor: Finished fourth in both the mile and 3k at the Horizon League Championships ... 3k time of 8:30.12 was just shy of his career best that already ranks ninth in program history ... started the season off strong, taking third in the mile at the Tierney Classic Jan. 19 ... anchored the winning DMR squad at the storied Meyo Invite with a winning time of 10:02.70 - now ranking that group fifth in program history ... one week later, shattered the school record in the mile with a time of 4:07.16 - surpassing former teammate Caleb Abfall's previous mark of 4:08.30 - earning him Horizon League Athlete of the Week honors ... rounded out the regular season with a win in the 3k at the annual Panther Tune-Up Feb. 16.

2018 Cross Country: Helped Milwaukee bring home a runner-up trophy at the Horizon League Championships, earning Second-Team All-League honors with a ninth-place finish in 25:22.1 at the league meet ... helped MKE earn a regional ranking, checking in at No. 13 - the highest ranking in program history ... led the Panthers in his first two times out on the year ... kicked off his senior season taking 19th overall in 26:06.5 at the John McNichols Invite Sept. 15 ... had a big time one month later at the annual Bradley Classic, taking 36th in 25:16.0 ... closed out his cross country career taking 79th overall with a time of 32:39 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.


2017-18 Season
2018 Outdoor: 
Was a big part of Milwaukee's strong showing in distance events at the Horizon League Championships, finishing as league runner-up in steeplechase and taking third in the 1500m ... started the season sixth in the 1500m at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic Mar. 24 ... ran his first steeplechase of the year at the Gibson Invite April 7,  taking second in 9:22.28 ... went out to California two weeks later and lowered that time to 9:20.45 at the national Bryan Clay Invite ... one day later, turned in a PR 1500m time of 3:55.25 at the Beach Invitational ... lowered his steeplechase time to 9:08.27 at the Dr. Keeler Invite May 11 ... that time now ranks third in program history ... named to the Horizon-League All-Academic Team ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2018 Indoor: Continued to show his versatility, bringing home a silver medal in the mile at the Horizon League Championships ... also ran in the 3k at the league meet ... started his junior year by winning the mile in 4:16.32 in front of the home crowd at the Tierney Classic Jan. 20 ... one week later, came in second in the 3000m at the Mark Messersmith Invite in 8:38.34 ... started a busy showing at the GVSU Big Meet in the invite mile, crossing the line with a big PR of 4:10.47 - shooting him up to third in program history ... one day later, helped shatter the school DMR record by running the anchor leg and finishing with a combined time of 9:55.12 - breaking the previous record of 9:58.58 set back in 2006  ... named to the Horizon-League All-Academic Team and the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2017 Cross Country: Took the next step to becoming consistently one of the best runners in the conference, leading Milwaukee each time he ran on the season ... earned Second-Team All-Horizon League honors after finishing first for Milwaukee and ninth overall in 26:01.5 as a junior at the Horizon League Championships ... kicked off his junior campaign by taking 10th at the Bradley Intercollegiate Sept. 15 with a time of 26:01.6 ... turned in a big PR two weeks later, crossing the line in 25:08.18 at the national Louisville Classic ... led his team to a strong showing at the Bradley Classic Oct. 13, taking 65th in 25:51.9 ... had a solid time of 32:41 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Nov. 10 ... voted a team captain.


2016-17 Season
2017 Outdoor: 
Came up big at the Horizon League Championships, scoring in the 5000m run with a seventh-place finish in a PR time of 15:02.40 ... started the outdoor season taking 10th in the 1500m and 21st in the 5k at the Big Blue Classic April 1 ... won the 1500m in 4:02.42 at the Drake Alternative April 29 ... ran the steeplechase for the first time in his career at the Dr. Keeler Invite May 12, taking 34th in 9:41.48 ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2017 Indoor: Finished ninth in the 3000m at the league championships ... started his track season taking fourth in the mile at the Tierney Classic Jan. 21 ... one week later, was sixth in the same event at the Messersmith Invite ... won the 3k at the GVSU Big Meet in 8:29.57 Feb. 11 ... that time now ranks ninth in school histor... named to the Horizon-League All-Academic Team ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2016 Cross Country: A consistent scorer all season long ... just missed all-league honors as a sophomore by taking 15th overall at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season taking 43rd in the UIC Opening 6k in 20:52.5 on Sept. 3 ... one week later, finished 26th at the Midwest Open in 26:51.6 ... clocked a big PR at the massive Louisville Classic Oct. 1, crossing the line in 25:25.10 for 88th place ... finished second for Milwaukee at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in 32:37.6.


2015-16 Season
2016 Outdoor: 
Came in 10th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... finished runner-up in the same event at the Edmonds Invite Mar. 26 ... one week later, was 14th in the mile at the Big Blue Classic ... posted a season-best mile time of 3:59.04 at Louisville's Lyles/Wood Invite April 23 ... took third in the same event at the Drake Alternative May 1.

2016 Indoor: Scored with an eighth-place finish in the mile as a freshman at the Horizon League Championships ... posted a season-best time of 4:15.62 at the league championships ... also helped the DMR team to a third-place finish at the league meet ... made collegiate track debute at the home Tierney Quad Jan. 24, taking fourth in the mile ... helped posted the fifth-fastest DMR time of 10:04.85 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 12 ... won the mile and was ninth in the 800m at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 19.

2015 Cross Country: Came in 47th overall as a freshman at the Horizon League Championships ... made collegiate debut Sept. 5 at the Flyers/Flames Challenge, taking 27th overall ... was part of a team win at the Friendship Invite two weeks later, taking 33rd overall ... dropped 40 seconds two weeks later at the Notre Dame Invite, taking 97th ... shaved another 40 seconds off his time, crossing the line with a season-best time of 25:59.2 at Pre-Nationals Oct. 17.


High School
Ran track and cross country all four years at Monona Grove High School ... named team captain to both squads ... team MVP in cross country ... a five-time state qualifier in track ... earned a spot on the podium in the 1600m as a senior, taking sixth at state ... qualified for state in cross country all four years, posting two top-50 finishes against best in the state by taking 48th as a sophomore and 17th as a senior.
