Goal: Engage the campus and community while establishing University traditions that help foster passion and pride for UWM.

Metrics for Success:

1. Regularly communicate with our campus, community, and media constituents, providing information about various attributes of Milwaukee Athletics (athletic, academic, community involvement).
2. Readily accept the role of being collaborators with campus units as we work to increase university pride through events and activities.
3. Be visible in the community by participating in activities and organizations that support diversity, inclusion, and partnerships.
