2022 Outdoor: Competed the javelin over the course of the campaign ... placed 12th at the Horizon League Championships ... placed fifth with a season-best 43.19m April 30 at the Valparaiso Open ... finished runner-up April 10 at the Marquette Open ... took seventh April 14 at the Warrior Invite with a throw of 40.95m ... opened the season at the Redbird Invite with an eighth-place finish.
2022 Indoor: Ran in two meets for Milwaukee ... placed fourth in the 5000m February 11 at the Friday Big Meet at 15:38.60 ... placed ninth in the 3000m at 9:02.61 January 29 at the Tierney Classic.
Cross Country:Â Ran in six meets ... finished 41st at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 27:21.8 ... ran at the NCAA Midwest Regionals and placed 134th at 32.52.4 ... finished sixth at the Ranger Open behind a mark of 27:29.3 ... placed 13th at the Bradley White Classic at 26:05.5.
2020-21 Season
2021 Outdoor:Â Took on the javelin in three meets for Milwaukee... Opened the season with a 32.98-meter throw at the Green and White Invite on April 24... Followed with a personal-best throw of 45.31 meters one week later at the Valpo Invite to place third... Came in eighth at the Horizon League Championships with a mark of 44.53 meters.
2021 Indoor: Raced at two events for the Panthers... Placed sixth in the 3,000-meter at the home John Tierney Classic, crossing in 9:06.76... Also competed at the Panther Tune-Up and placed sixth in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 16:11.79.
Cross Country: Competed at the Horizon League Championships on March 4... Placed 48th with a time of 28:08.
2019-20 Season
2020 Outdoor:Â Season cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor: Competed in one meet this season ... ran the 3000m at the Tierney Classic (Jan. 18) for 12th place with a time of 9:47.52
2019 Cross Country: Scored for the Panthers with a 21st-place finish at the Horizon League Championships (Nov. 2) in 25:03.6 … opened the season at the Queen City Invite (Aug. 31), placing 73rd in 16:50.0 … one week later, raced at the NIU Huskie Challenge (Sep. 6), finishing 40th in 28:06.9 … competed at the Loyola Lakefront Invite (Sep. 28) to an 80th-place finish in 26:44.0 … also raced in the open race at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 19), placing 55th in a personal record 8K time of 26:24.4 … capped the season off with a 156th-placefinish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet (Nov. 15) in a personal record 10K of 34:02.5Â
2018-19 Season
2019 Outdoor: Competed in both the 5k and 10k at the Horizon League Championships as a freshman ... made his outdoor debut Mar. 29 in St. Louis, clocking in at 32:39.04 in his first collegiate 10k ... finished 10th in the 5000m at the Kentucky Open April 20 with a season-best time of 15:21.58.
2019 Indoor: Ran in the 5000m at his first Horizon League Championships, taking 13th in 15:29.20 ... made his collegiate track debut Jan. 19 at the Tierney Classic, taking eighth in the 3k in 9:00.23 ... competed one other time, clocking in at 15:30.25 in the 5k at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 8.
2018 Cross Country: Helped Milwaukee to a runner-up finish at the Horizon League Championships, just missing a scoring spot and taking 31st overall with a season-best time of 26:26.5 at the league meet ... helped MKE earn a regional ranking, checking in at No. 13 - the highest ranking in program history ... made his collegiate debut Sept. 8 at the Vic Godfrey Invite, taking 66th in 27:36.8 ... lowered that time down to 27:16.9 one week later at Indiana State's home meet ... again had a significant time drop, down to 26:46.3 at the Loyola Lakefront Invite Sept. 29 ... closed out his freshman cross country season scoring third on the team and 115th overall at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, crossing the line in 33:13 for 115th place.
High School
Helped a big resurgence effort at Monona Grove ... finished 43rd at state in cross country as a junior before winning a sectional title as both an individual and as a team as a senior ... that propelled the Silver Eagles to a strong showing at state, taking fourth as a team with Ellenbecker finishing 25th overall ... that marked the best showing for Monona Grove at state in over 40 years ... graduates with a PR 5k time of 15:49.8 ... also earned his first trip to state in track and field as a senior, taking 21st in the 3200m.
