2021-22 Season
2022 Outdoor: Competed in two meets, running the 1500m ... placed 18th at the Horizon League Championships at 4:59.95 ... ran a 4:40.09 April 2 at the Redbird Invite to finish third.
2022 Indoor: Finished fourth at the Horizon League Championships in the mile at 5:05.96 ... won the event at the Tierney Classic on January 29 at 5:06.83 ... ran a season-best 4:59.17 February 11 and placed 21st ... finished sixth in the mile to open the season at the Hawkeye Invite on January 15.
2020-21 Season
2021 Outdoor: Scored for the Panthers in two events at the Horizon League Championships including a runner-up finish in the 1,500-meter race with a time of 4:46.03... Also helped the 4x400-meter relay team finish fifth in 3:59.43... Opened the season on April 2 at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational and crossed the finish line of the 1,500-meter race in 4:39.29 to place second... Set a new PR at the Clark Wood Invitational, lowering her 1,500-meter time to 4:36.09 to finish second.
2021 Indoor: Did not compete.
2019-20 Season
2020 Outdoor: Season cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor: Scored in both events at the Horizon League Championships, placing fifth in the mile (5:08.56) and eighth in the 800m (2:23.23) ... opened the season, finishing second in the mile (5:01.26) at the Tierney Classic (Jan. 18) ... also ran the mile at the Illini Invite (Jan. 24) to a time of 5:11.99 ... broke the five-minute barrier in the mile at the prestigious Meyo Invite (Feb. 7), placing 22nd in 4:59.63 ... this time is now ranked sixth in program history ... ran a PR time of 2:17.06 in the 800m at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14), placing ninth
2019 Cross Country: Named second-team all-league at the Horizon League Championships (Nov. 2) after placing 14th in 21:12.0 … opened the season at the Queen City Invite (Aug. 31), placing 54th in 19:55.1 … one week later, raced at the NIU Huskie Challenge (Sep. 6) to a 23rd-place finish as the third Panther in 23:39.9 … then competed and scored for the Panthers at Loyola Lakefront Invite (Sep. 28), placing 44th in 18:35.5 … also raced at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 19), finishing 84th and scoring for the Panthers in 22:55.4 … capped the season off with a personal record time of 22:25.7 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 15), placing 111th
2018-19 Season
2019 Outdoor: Saved her best for last, taking fifth in the 1500m at the Horizon League Championships as a sophomore with a career-best time of 4:39.62 ... that time now ranks her eighth all-time in program history in that event ... started the season taking third in the same event in 4:42.70 at the Jack Shaw Classic April 5 ... lowered her time to 4:40.51 with a ninth-place finish at Louisville April 27.
2019 Indoor: Just missed a scoring spot and finished 10th in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... started her season taking fourth in the mile in 5:20.34 at the Badger Icebreaker Jan. 12 ... one week later, lowered that time to 5:10.96 to take third at the Tierney Classic ... lowered that time again to 5:10.15 at the Meyo Invite Feb. 2 ... was a part of a big weekend for Milwaukee's distance crew Feb. 9 at the GVSU Big Meet, taking eighth in the 3k in 10:06.13 - now ranking her eighth in MKE history.
2018 Cross Country: Helped Milwaukee win its first ever Horizon League Championship ... just missed a scoring spot and came in 39th overall at the league meet in 23:15.8 ... started her sophomore season taking 24th overall in 19:30.5 at the Vic Godfrey Invite Sept. 8 ... just one week later, lowered that time to 19:15.8 with a 39th-place finish at Indiana State's home meet ... had a big time drop at the Loyola Lakefront Invite Sept. 29, taking 75th overall in 18:31.5 ... turned in a season-best 6k time of 22:31.1 at the annual Bradley Classic Oct. 12 ... closed out the season at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, taking 162nd overall in 23:19.6.
2017-18 Season
2018 Outdoor: Capped her freshman season with a podium finish at the Horizon League Championships, taking fifth in steeplechase with a PR time of 11:33.19 ... that time now ranks fourth in program history ... also competed in the 1500m at the league meet, taking 12th ... in prelims, turned in a PR 1500m time of 4:41.69 - just shy of 10th place in UWM history ... started the season taking fifth in the 5k in 18:07.41 at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic Mar. 24 ... one week later finished seventh in the 1500m and 11th in the 800m at the Big Blue Classic ... lowered her 1500m time to 4:41.90 - a 10-second drop from the week before - at the Gibson Invite April 7 ... ran her first collegiate steeplechase at the Benedictine Relays April 13, winning her heat and taking fifth overall in 11:40.04 ... finished the regular season runner-up in the 1500m in 4:43.40 and third in the 5k in 17:53.81 at the Drake Alternative April 28.
2018 Indoor: Led Milwaukee in both the the mile and 3000m as a freshman ... just missed a scoring spot in the 3k, taking ninth in 10:24.41 at the Horizon League Championships ... also helped the DMR to a fifth-place finish at the league meet ... made her collegiate track debut Jan. 20 at the home Tierney Classic, finishing 14th in the mile in 5:26.51 ... lowered that time to 5:19.09 for a fourth-place finish at the Parkside Classic Feb. 3 ... one week later, came in 14th in the 3k at the GVSU Big Meet ... came in third in the mile in 5:16.28 at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 17.
2017 Cross Country: Finished in the top-five three times as a freshman, including taking third on the team and 23rd overall at her first Horizon League Championship meet ... turned in a season-best time of 23:46.0 at the conference championships ... made her collegiate debut Sept. 9 at the Vic Godfrey Open, taking 39th overall in 19:43.8 ... had a big drop in time one week later at the Bradley Intercollegiate, crossing the line in 18:09.6 for third on the team and 17th overall ... earned another scoring spot at the national Louisville Invite Sept. 30 in 19:08.35 ... clocked her first 6K in 24:12.4 at the Bradley Classic Oct. 13 ... earned a trip to the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, finishing in 23:47.0 for 172nd overall.
High School
Ran cross country and track junior and senior years at Burlington Central High School ... named all conference and team MVP both years ... in cross country, qualified for the state meet both years, taking 20th as a junior and eighth out of 210 as a senior ... in track, finished 10th in the state in the 3200m as a senior ... also won conference titles in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m that year ... came in ninth in the 3200m at state as a junior ... also earned all-conference honors in both the mile and two mile as a junior ... graduated third in her class ... a National Merit Scholarship finalist ... a four-year member of the honor roll.
