2022 Outdoor: Ran the Steeplechase at four meets ... finished fourth at the Horizon League Championships at 9:26.27 ... ran a season-best 9:17.29 at the Illini Invite on April 23 to finish third ... took third at the Texas A&M 44 Farms Invitational ... opened outdoor with a 12th-place finish at the WashU Distance Carnival.
2022 Indoor: Competed in the 3000m at each meet during indoor season ... finished 17th at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 8:56.48 ... posted a season-best 8:47.87 to place fourth at the St. Valentine's Invite on February 18 ... placed fifth at the Tierney Classic on January 29.
2020-21 Season
2021 Outdoor: Earned points for the Panthers in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships, placing sixth in 9:26.10, a season-best... Opened the season at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational and placed fourth in the steeplechase in 9:55.86... Cut over 10 seconds off his time to finish third in the event at the Gibson Invitational on April 17... Placed fourth in the 1,500-meter race at the Valpo Invitational, crossing in 4:03.79.
2021 Indoor: Wrapped up the indoor season with a ninth-place finish in the 3,000-meter race at the Horizon League Championships... Opened the year with a 4:41.95 mile time at the Panther Invite on January 9... Took home fourth in the 3,000-meter at the home John Tierney Classic (8:58)... Placed sixth in the 3k at the Parkside Triangular on February 6... Recorded a time of 4:28.80 in the mile at the Panther Tune-Up.
Cross Country: Finished 16th in the 66-person field at the Horizon League Championships... Had the third-best time for the Panthers, crossing the tape in 26:30.5 to help MKE place fourth.
2019-20 Season
2020 Outdoor: Season cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor: Competed in four meets ... placed 25th in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships (9:11.05) ... opened the season, placing third in the 3000m (8:51.16) at the Tierney Classic home opener, Jan. 18 ... competed in the mile at the ONU Invite, Feb. 1, finishing fifth in a PR time of 4:25.41 ... ran a season-best time of 8:41.51 in the 3000m at the GVSU Big Meet, Feb. 14
2019 Cross Country: Continued his strong collegiate career with a fourth-place finish at the Horizon League Championships (Nov. 2) in 24:23.7 earning him First-Team All-League honors for the second year in a row … he led the Panthers all season long … opened the season at the Queen City Invite (Aug. 31), placing 32nd in 16:07.9 … one week later, competed at the NIU Huskie Challenge (Sep. 6), finishing 3rd in 26:26.8 … named runner of the week on Sep. 10 … led the way at the Loyola Lakefront Invite (Nov. 28) with an eighth-place finish in 25:20.6 … grabbed an 11th-place finish at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 19), crossing the line in 25:16.2 … capped the season off with a 46th-place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet (Nov. 15) in a personal record time of 31:32.6 … tied for fifth-best finish of any Panther at the regional meet
2018-19 Season
2019 Outdoor: Saved his best for last, taking sixth in steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships with a career-best time of 9:22.66 ... that time now ranks him eighth in MKE history ... started the season taking third in the same event in 9:49.01 at the Joey Haines Invite Mar. 30 ... lowered that time down to 9:34.04 at the Kentucky Open April 20 ... also ran the 1500m once on the year, taking 10th at Marquette.
2019 Indoor: Helped the DMR to a fourth-place finish at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season as runner-up in the 3000m in 8:42.57 at the Tierney Classic Jan. 19 ... lowered that time to 8:39.44 at the Meyo Invite Feb. 2 ... also competed in the mile once on the season with a time of 4:26.88 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 9.
2018 Cross Country: Had a breakthrough sophomore campaign, helping Milwaukee to a runner-up trophy at the Horizon League Championships by earning First-Team All-League honors ... helped MKE earn a regional ranking, checking in at No. 13 - the highest ranking in program history ... led the Panthers three times on the year ... started his season taking 18th overall in the Vic Godfrey Invite Sept. 8 in 26:77.9 ... one week later, lowered that time to 26:14.6 with a 23rd-place finish at Indiana State's home meet ... led the team by taking 35th in a big time drop of 25:04.6 at the Loyola Lakefront Invite Sept. 29 ... came in 60th at the annual Bradley Classic Oct. 12 ... closed out the season leading the team at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, taking 62nd overall with a PR time of 32:25.
2017-18 Season
2018 Outdoor: Was a part of Milwaukee's strong showing in distance events at the Horizon League Championships, taking sixth in steeplechase as a freshman ... steeplechase time of 9:32.75 at the league meet now ranks ninth in program history despite marking just the second time ever competing in the event ... started the season taking 29th in the 1500m in 4:07.46 at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic Mar. 24 ... lowered that time to 4:06.48 two weeks later at the Gibson Invite ... ran his first ever steeplechase at the Benedictine Relays April 13, taking fourth overall in 9:57.04 ... came in third the 1500m with a big time drop to 4:02.92 at the Drake Alternative April 28.
2018 Indoor: Had a strong showing at his first Horizon League Championships, helping the DMR team to a third-place finish with a solid anchor leg to finish with a combined time of 10:26.09 ... also ran in the 3000m at the league meet ... made collegiate track debut Jan. 20 at the Tierney Classic, taking eighth in the 3000m ... one week later, came in 12th in the mile in 4:31.77 at the Mark Messersmith Invite ... turned in a season-best time in the 3k at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 10 at 8:49.84 ... won the same event at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 17 in 8:52.35.
2017 Cross Country: Impressive in his first season on campus, scoring in all six meets on the year ... finished third on the team and 24th overall at his first Horizon League Championship meet with a time of 26:45.8 ... started his collegiate career with a bang, winning the UIC Opener Sept. 2 with a 6K time of 19:55.08 ... two weeks later, helped Milwaukee to a great team showing at the Bradley Intercollegiate by taking 20th overall in 26:48.1 ... turned in a season-best 8K time of 26:08.79 at the national Louisville Classic Sept. 30 ... again scored at the Bradley Classic in 26:47.4 ... earned a spot at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional 10K as a freshman, scoring and taking 126th overall in 33:44.
High School
Named team MVP in both cross country and track at Rufus King High School ... finished 11th overall at the state cross country meet as a senior with a time of 16:06.39 ... that came one year after taking 25th in state as a junior ... as a sophomore, finished 87th overall at the state meet ... also qualified for the state track meet during his senior campaign in the 4x800m relay, taking 15th.
