2020-21 Season
2021 Outdoor: Put together his best 3,000-meter steeplechase time of his career at the Horizon League Championships, placing 13th with a time of 9:56.12... Opened the year at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational and took fifth in the steeplechase in 10:17... Took nearly 20 seconds off his time at the Gibson Invitational and placed fourth in 9:57.59... Ran the 1,500-meter race at the Valpo Invitational and crossed in 4:24.63 to place ninth.
2021 Indoor: Competed in distance for the Panthers... Opened the year at the John Tierney Classic, placing third in the mile with a time of 4:29.83... Knocked off just over one second at the Parkside Triangular on February 6 to place fourth in 4:28.49... Placed 16th at the Horizon League Championship in 4:35.21... Also helped the DMR team place fourth with a finish of 10:30.44.
2019-20 Season
2020 Outdoor: Season cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor: Competed in the mile all season long ... finished 12th in the mile at the Horizon League Championships with a PR time of 4:23.53 ... also helped the DMR relay to a third-place finish at the League meet (10:22.23) ... opened the season with an 11th-place finish (4:25.91) at the Tierney Classic home opener, Jan. 18 ... placed 16th at the ONU Invite, Feb. 1 (4:34.56) ... also competed at the GVSU Big Meet, Feb. 14, placing 20th with a time of 4:26.52 ... grabbed an event win in the mile at the Panther Tune Up, Feb. 22, winning with a time of 4:26.88
2019 Cross Country: Made big time drops all season … finished 49th at the Horizon League Championships (Nov. 2) in 26:01.1 … opened the season at the Queen City Invite (Aug. 31), placing 51st in 16:11.0 … one week later, raced at the NIU Huskie Challenge (Sep. 6) to a 28th-place finish in 27:36.5 … was the second Panther at Bradley Intercollegiate (Sep. 20), placing 22nd in 26:41.7 … competed in the open race at the Loyola Lakefront Invite (Sep. 28), finishing 11th in a personal record time of 26:16.7 … competed in the open race again at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 19) with a 76th-place finish in 26:50.5
2018-19 Season
2019 Outdoor: Just missed a scoring spot, taking 10th in steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships ... turned in a PR time of 9:56.31 at the league meet ... started his season taking fourth in the same event in 10:19.48 at the Joey Haines Invite Mar. 30 ... lowered that time to 10:04.86 at the Kentucky Open April 20 ... also competed in the 1500m once on the year, crossing the line in 4:19.35 at Marquette.
2019 Indoor: Competed three times on the year ... started the season taking 17th in the mile in 4:48.42 at the Tierney Classic Jan. 19 ... had a big time drop to 4:30.08 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 9 ... one week later, came in third in the same event in 4:32.16 at the Panther Tune-Up.
2018 Cross Country: Helped Milwaukee bring home a runner-up trophy at the Horizon League Championships, taking 78th in 29:01.5 at the league meet ... helped MKE earn a regional ranking, checking in at No. 13 - the highest ranking in program history ... started the season taking seventh overall in a team win at Green Bay Sept. 1 ... turned in a season-best 8k time of 27:37.4 at the Loyola Lakefront Invite Sept. 29 ... finished 74th overall two weeks later at the annual Bradley Classic in 27:39.6.
2017-18 Season
2018 Outdoor: Did not compete and maintained freshman eligibility.
2018 Indoor: Competed in four meets as a freshman ... made his collegiate debut Jan. 13 at the Karl Schlender Invite, taking sixth in the mile in 4:48.78 ... one week later, lowered that time to 4:36.41 at the home Tierney Classic ... came in 15th in the mile at the Mark Messersmith Invite Jan. 27 ... 12th in the same event at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 17.
2017 Cross Country: Finished 67th overall as a freshman at the Horizon League Championships ... made his collegiate debut Sept. 2 at the UIC Opener, taking 29th overall in 20:06.65 ... one week later, scored again and finished 42nd with a season-best 8K time of 27:06.6 at the Vic Godfrey Open ... crossed the line in 27:52.01 at the national Louisville Classic Sept. 30 ... closed out the regular season in 28:39.4 at the Bradley Classic Oct. 13.
High School
Ran track and cross country all four years at Cambridge High School ... qualified for state in cross country each of final two seasons, taking 57th overall as a junior and 19th overall as a senior ... qualified for state in track a combined five times ... won a state title in the 4x800m relay as a sophomore ... brought home a bronze medal in the same event as a senior ... also finished on the podium in both the 1600m - taking fifth - and 3200m - taking sixth - in his final state meet ... also played varsity soccer during freshman and sophomore years and varsity basketball sophomore and junior years with the Blue Jays ... an academic decathlon and National Honors Society member ... named academic all state as a junior.
