2019 Outdoor: Capped his Panther career on the podium, taking sixth in the 800m to help Milwaukee earn another team trophy, finishing as runners-up at the Horizon League Championships ... turned in a PR time in prelims at 1:55.96 ... started the season taking seventh in the same event in 1:59.51 at the Jack Shaw Classic April 5 ... also ran the 4x400m relay at his season opener, helped the squad to a win in 3:29.91 ... lowered his 800m time to 1:57.83 at the Illinois Twilight April 13 ... finished fourth overall in the 800m in 1:58.34 at Marquette April 24.
2019 Indoor: Came in 11th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships with a season-best time of 1:57.54 ... also helped the DMR to a fourth-place finish at the league meet ... started the year taking sixth in the 800m at the Tierney Classic in 2:01.93 Jan. 19 ... one week later, shaved one second off that time for a 12th-place finish at Illinois ... had a big time drop at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 9, crossing the line in 1:58.04.
2017-18 Season
2018 Outdoor: Did not compete ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2018 Indoor: Ran in three meets on the season ... started things out at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 13, taking fourth in the mile in 4:42.96 ... one week later, finished 10th in the 600m at the home Tierney Classic ... came in 17th in the 800m in 2:06.99 at the Mark Messersmith Invite Jan. 27 ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2016-17 Season
2017 Outdoor: Came in 20th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... kicked off the year with a big PR in the 800m with a time of 1:59.53 for 11th place at Marquette April 7 ... competed in one other meet on the season, taking 45th in the 800m at the Benedictine Invite April 15.
2017 Indoor: Finished 16th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... started the year by taking fourth place in the mile at Whitewater Jan. 14 ... one week later, ran the 600m at the home Tierney Classic, taking 19th ... turned in a season-best 800m time of 1:59.79 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 11.
2015-16 Season
2016 Outdoor: Started the season taking 28th in the 800m at the Gibson Invite April 9 ... one week later, was 18th in the same event at the Lee Calhoun Memorial ... posted a season-best time in the event of 2:05.43 at the Drake Alternative May 1.
2016 Indoor: Competed in one meet, taking 12th in the 800m at the Parkside Classic Feb. 6.
2014-15 Season
2015: Did not compete and maintained freshman eligibility.

Four year letter-winner in cross country ... was the team newcomer of the year as a freshman and team captain and MVP as a senior ... qualified for state both sophomore and junior seasons ... also a four-year standout in track ... newcomer of the year as a freshman ... was the team captain final two years and team academic MVP as a senior ... qualified for the state meet seven times, finishing as the DI runner-up in the 4x800m relay as a junior ... also wrestled four years, serving as team captain for two and earning the Timothy McFarlin Award as a senior.
