2018-19 Season
2019 Outdoor: Gutted through a late-season injury to help the 4x400m relay squad take fourth at the Horizon League Championships ... also ran in the 800m at the league meet, but did not advance out of prelims while dealing with his injury ... started the year taking fifth the 800m in 1:58.29 at the Jack Shaw Classic April 5 ... lowered that time to 1:56.72 to take second at Marquette April 24 ... just three days later, had another big time drop, clocking in at 1:55.10 at Louisville.

2019 Indoor: Finished third in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... also helped the 4x400m relay taking fourth at the league meet ... started the season taking third in the 800m in 2:00.09 at the Badger Icebreaker Jan. 12 ... duplicated that result one week later at the Tierney Classic ... helped turn in the fifth-fastest DMR time in program history at Notre Dame's Meyo Invite Feb. 2 with a winning time of 10:02.70 ... lowered his 800m time to 1:53.30 - a new PR - to take fourth at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 9.

2018 Cross Country: Helped Milwaukee to a runner-up finish at the Horizon League Championships, taking 65th at the league meet in 27:49.5 ... helped MKE earn a regional ranking, checking in at No. 13 - the highest ranking in program history ... started his season taking 68th in 27:37.1 at the Vic Godfrey Invite Sept. 8 ... lowered that time to 27:18.1 one week later at Indiana State's home meet ... again had a nice drop in time, crossing the line in 27:01.5 at the Loyola Lakefront Invite Sept. 29 ... finished 58th overall in 27:09.3 at the annual Bradley Classic Oct. 12 ... served as a team captain.


2017-18 Season
2018 Outdoor: Had another strong performance at the Horizon League Championships, headlining Milwaukee's dominance in the 800m with his first league title with a winning time of 1:53.22 ... also brought home a silver medal in the 4x400m relay at the league meet ... started the season taking third in the 800m in 1:58.68 at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic Mar. 24 ... one week later, lowered that time to 1:56.03 for third place at the Big Blue Classic ... continued to drop that time down to 1:53.77 at the Gibson Invite April 7 ... came in third in the same event at DePaul April 21 ... crossed the line second in 1:55.54 at the Drake Alternative April 28 ... capped the year taking ninth in the 800m at the Dr. Keeler Invite in 1:53.51 May 11.

2018 Indoor: Turned in another memorable performance at the Horizon League Championships, headlined by a runner-up finish in the 800m in 1:55.47 ... also ran an incredible third leg of the DMR, helping Milwaukee go from last when he took the baton to a third-place finish in 10:26.09 at the league meet ... started his junior year finishing third in the mile at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 13 ... one week later, finished runner-up in a photo finish in the 600m in front of the home fans at the Tierney Classic ... claimed fifth in the 800m at the Mark Messersmith Invite Jan. 27 ... turned in a season-best 800m time of 1:54.97 at the GVSU Big Meet Invite Feb. 9 ... one day later, helped shatter the school DMR record, running the third leg and finishing with a combined time of 9:55.12 to break the previous record of 9:58.58 set back in 2006.

2017 Cross Country: Came in 62nd overall in 28:10.4 at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season off taking 32nd overall in 20:17.23 at the UIC Opener Sept. 2 ... one week later, finished second on the team with an 8K PR time of 27:04.6 at the Vic Godfrey Open ... nearly turned in another best time at the national Louisville Classic Sept. 30, crossing the line in 27:05.39 ... just missed a scoring spot at the Bradley Classic two weeks later with a time of 27:17.0.


2016-17 Season
2017 Outdoor: Continued his strong sophomore season by helping load up the podium in the 800m for Milwaukee at the Horizon League Championships, taking fourth in a photo finish across the line ... started the season taking 17th in the 800m at the Big Blue Classic April 1 ... one week later, took fifth in the same event at Marquette with a season-best time of 1:55.20 ... placed third in the 800m in 1:55.22 at the Pacesetter Invite April 22.

2017 Indoor: Made a big move, going from eighth in prelims to third in finals in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... started his sophomore season taking third in the mile at Whitewater Jan. 14 ... one week later, placed fifth in the 600m at the home Tierney Classic ... won the 800m with a season-best time of 1:54.35 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 11.

2016 Cross Country: Finished 67th in his first time running at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season taking 49th at the UIC Opener with a time of 21:06.1 in the 6k ... posted a time of 28:09.8 in his first 8k of the season at the Midwest Open Sept. 10 ... lowered that time to 27:36.21 at the massive Louisville Classic Oct. 1 ... had another big time drop two weeks later at the Bradley Classic, crossing the line in 27:07.2.


2015-16 Season
2016 Outdoor: Came in 18th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season taking 10th in the same event at the Warrior Invite April 16 ... one week later, was 12th with a season-best time of 2:01.03 at Louisville's Lyles/Wood Invite ... placed 14th in the 800m at the Drake Alternative May 1.

2016 Indoor: Finished 10th in the 800m with a season-best time of 1:58.13 as a freshman at the Horizon League Championships ... made collegiate debut at the Tierney Quad Jan. 24, taking ninth in the 600m ... one week later, was 35th in the 800m at the Mike Lints Open ... came in fourth in the 800m at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 19.

2015 Cross Country: Ran in two meets on the season ... made his collegiate debut Sept. 5 at the Flyers/Flames Challenge, taking 36th overall in 22:14.2 ... two weeks later, was part of a team win at the Friendship Invite, taking 95th overall in 31:05.2.


High School
A varsity track member all four years at Hartford Union High School ... graduated with school records in both the 800m and 4x800m relay ... qualified for state seven times ... broke the conference indoor record in the 800m ... finished seventh in the state as a junior in the 800m ... also ran cross country three years ... qualified for state twice, earning third-team all-state honors once.
