2015 Indoor: Finished 15th in the mile as a senior at the Horizon League Championships ... won the same event at the Parkside Classic Feb. 7 ... posted a season-best mile time of of 4:16.42 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 14 ... also competed in the 800m once on the year, taking 20th at GVSU. 2015 Outdoor: Came in eighth in the 1500m at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season taking 23rd in the same event at the EIU Big Blue Classic April 4 ... one week later, was fifth at Marquette ... posted a season-best time of 3:58.78 at the Gibson Invite April 18.

2014 Indoor: Scored and came in sixth in the mile at the Horizon League Championships ... also helped the DMR team take fourth at the league meet ... moved into fifth place in UWM history in the mile with a time of 4:13.90 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 15 ... finished third in the mile in the season-opening John Tierney Triangular Jan. 17 ... was second in the mile one week later at the John Craft Invite.2014 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 1500m at the Horizon League Championships ... combined to post the fourth-fastest 4x1600m relay time in Panther history of 17:17.56 at the historic Drake Relays April 25 ... came in fifth in the 1500m at the Bill Cornell Invitational Mar. 29 ... won the 800m at the Marquette Duals April 4 ... had a career-best time of 3:54.94 in the 1500m at the Dr. Keeler Invite May 8.

2013 Indoor: Scored for Milwaukee and came in sixth in the mile at the Horizon League Championships with a season-best time ... was third in the same event at the Panther Tune-Up ... helped the DMR team to a fourth-place finish at the league meet ... also ran the 3000m on the season, taking seventh at the Jack Jennett Invitational. Outdoor:Took seventh in the 1500m with a season-best time of 3:58.80 at the league outdoor championships ... won the same event at the Gateway Invitational ... fifth in the season-opener Billiken Kickoff ... also ran in the 4x1500m relay once, taking 7th at the Sea Ray Relays ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

2012 Indoor: Competed in both the mile and 3000m at the league championships, taking 10th in the mile ... posted two top-10 finishes in the 3000m on the season, taking fifth at the Jack Jennett Invitational and sixth against Marquette ... also took third in the mile at the UWM Panther Tune-Up.Outdoor: Finished ninth in the 1500m at the league championships ... posted two other top-10 finishes in the event on the season, taking fourth against Marquette and ninth at the Pacesetter Quadrangular ... also ran the 5000m once, taking 26th at the Big Blue Classic.

2011 Indoor: Ran in one meet, finishing ninth in the 3000m at the Marquette Dual Meet. Outdoor: Did not compete during outdoor season.

Two-time state qualifier in cross country out of Appleton East High School ... also competed at the state meet as a junior and senior ... took ninth in the 3200m as a senior and 10th as a junior ... also ran with the runner-up 4x800m relay ... in cross country, he placed 44th as a senior.
