Biography
2013 Indoor: Came in third in weight throw and fourth in shot put at the Horizon League Championships ... won the shot put and was second in weight throw at the Panther Tune-Up ... posted a season-best mark of 44-1 1/2 (13.45m) in shot put at the Iowa State Open ... also competed in high jump once on the season, taking third ... in all, tallied 10 top-10 finishes on the season. Outdoor: Had season cut short due to illness ... had an outstanding day against Marquette, taking second in shot put at 43-7 1/4 (13.29m) for fifth in UWM history and placing third in discus at 128-7 (39.20m) for sixth in Panther history ... also took third in hammer throw at same meet ... won hammer throw and had a season-best toss in javelin in season opener Mar. 23 ... in all, tallied nine top-10 finishes over four events on the season.
2012 Indoor: Had another strong season, finishing fourth in shot put, sixth in weight throw and sixth in high jump at the league meet ... finished in the top-10 in shot put every time out on the season ... took first at the Carthage Invitational and again at the UWM Panther Tune-Up ... mark of 44-6 3/4 (13.58m) at Panther Tune-Up now stands third in UWM history ... had three other top-10 showings in weight throw ... toss of 53-11 3/4 (16.45m) at Panther Tune-Up is third in school history ... took second in high jump at Panther Tune-Up. Outdoor: Competed in five events at the league championships, taking fifth in shot put and hammer throw, seventh in high jump and javelin, and 11th in discus ... posted an impressive nine other top-10 finishes throughout the season, including a second-place finish in shot put against Marquette ... her throw of 175-1 (53.37m) at Pacesetter Quadrangular was second in school history ... also cracked the all-time top-10 list in discus with a toss of 122-2 (37.25m) at the league meet.
2011 Indoor: Finished third in shot put at league championships ... that throw now equals seventh all time in UWM history ... had two second-place finishes in same event on the season, once at the Marquette Dual Meet and again at the UWM Panther Tune-Up ... also took 12th at league meet in weight throw. Outdoor: Took seventh place in javelin at the league championships ... took ninth at Big Blue Classic in same event ... also competed in hammer throw and shot put at league meet ... set fourth-best mark in hammer throw with distance of 148-10 at PolyTan Invitational ... also cracked the top-10 in school history in shot put at the Big Blue Classic.
2010 Indoor: Took seventh in the pentathlon and tied for seventh in the high jump at the league meet ... won the pentathlon at the Badger Quad meet ... posted the sixth-best score in the event in school history at the Wisconsin Elite Invitational (3,056 points) ... took third in both the 60m hurdles and long jump at the UWM Panther Tune-Up. Outdoor: Finished third in the heptathlon at the league championships ... scored 4,414 points, the fifth-best score in school history ... also scored at the meet in the high jump, tying for sixth ... won the heptathlon at the Big Blue Classic.
High School
Qualified for the state meet as a sophomore and junior over the long jump, triple jump and 100m hurdles events ... as a junior, competed in all three events ... qualified for state meet in the 100m hurdles as a sophomore ... also lettered all four years in volleyball and basketball ... named all-conference in both sports.
