Appeared in 35 contests and made 25 starts for the Panthers... slashed .305/.427/.484... drove in 10 runs and scored 23... finished second on the team with 10 doubles and two triples... also hit a home run... drew 19 walks which ranked fourth on the team... finished 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts... hit .359 in Horizon League play with a .468 on-base percentage and a .578 slugging percentage... recorded nine multi-hit games including three games with at least three hits... finished the season with a eight-game hitting streak, going 16-for-30 (.533)... went 2-for-4 with two walks and three runs scored against Penn State on March 20... hit a pair of doubles on April 1 against Northern Kentucky... had four doubles in a stretch of three games from May 8 to May 13... hit his first home run of the season on May 13, finishing 2-for-3 with a walk and two RBI... had three hits in back-to-back games against Wright State on May 19-20... raced for a triple in each of the final two games of the season... went 1-for-3 with a triple and three walks in the season finale against Wright State on May 21.

Started 11 games in his first season for the Panthers... totaled 32 putouts without an assist in the outfield... earned his first hit for the black and gold on February 16 against Seton Hall, a leadoff single... had two hits in the series against Sacramento State February 20-23... scored a run on March 7 against Miami (OH)... season cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to Milwaukee: Spent last season as a redshirt on the baseball roster at Missouri … Dean’s List member … will be eligible for the Panthers in 2020 and have four years remaining.
High School: Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association Academic All-State … all-conference honoree … also one of the top track athletes in the state, wrapping up his senior year as the WIAA Division 1 state champion in the long jump … claimed numerous conference titles in the long jump, 100 and 200-meter events … spent three years playing for Prospect Training Academy … ranked No. 16 in the state of Wisconsin by Perfect Game... played club baseball for Prospect Training Academy.
Personal: Son of Tom and Amy Olejnik ... pursuing his MBA … both of his parents are UWM graduates; dad played baseball and mom ran track for the Panthers … chose Milwaukee because not only did his parents go and play sports, but it seemed like a great fit… career goal is to get drafted, win the Horizon League title and play in the NCAA Tournament … most memorable sports experience was winning the state championship in long jump … lists hobbies as fishing and hanging out with his friends … born April 25, 2000.
