MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee – Make plans now to join the Milwaukee Panthers at Summerfest on Thursday, June 25 for interactive exhibits, games, photo ops, giveaways and more.
 
From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, the Panthers will be at the Gruber Law Offices Sportszone on the Summerfest grounds. Enjoy a full afternoon of Panther-pride and activities as you take in one of Milwaukee's cornerstone summertime events.
 
Panther fans, and sports fans alike will have an opportunity to meet student-athletes and coaches, participate in fun activities, pose with Horizon League Championship trophies, win prizes and more. Stop by and visit the Sportszone. Check out the schedule below:
 
1:00 PM – Free Throw Contest for a Chance to Win Panthers Tickets & Prizes!
Sharpen your free-throw shooting skills with the women's basketball coaches! Panther fans will step up to the line and will have 30 seconds to make as many free throws as possible. At 2:00 PM, stop back to see if your name is at the top of the leaderboard and win.  
 
1:30 PM – Soccer Shoot On Goal
It's the World Cup at Summerfest. It's your chance to be in the spotlight and take your shot at scoring the game-winning goal!
 
1:30 PM – Mini Hurdle Competition
Kids, lace up your running shoes and channel your inner Olympic athlete by participating in a mini hurdle competition. Keep your knees high and beat the clock!
 
2:00 PM – Bring the Panther Pride & Spirit!
The Panthers are bringing gameday to Summerfest. Enjoy special performances from the UWM Panthers Dance Team and the UWM Cheer & Stunt Team.
 
2:15 PM – Play a Game of 'P O U N C E' and Win Prizes!
Square off against the women's basketball coaching staff in a friendly game of 'P O U N C E' (you know, HORSE) or other classic basketball games. Everyone who plays wins a prize.
 
3:00 PM – Baseball Youth Home Run Derby
Step up to the plate and swing for the fences. Kids 12 and under can participate in a home run derby with MKE baseball coaches.  Hit a dinger and win a prize!
 
3:30 PM – Milwaukee Panthers Men's Basketball "Sports 101 for Kids"
Learn the basics of the game of basketball with the Panthers. Kids 12 and under can enjoy a mini-skills clinic with the Panthers men's basketball team.
 
Plus, during the day, register to win a pair of courtside seats for an upcoming men's and women's basketball game and Panther prize packs!
