INDIANAPOLIS – Five members of the Milwaukee baseball program were recognized by the Horizon League for their work in the classroom and on the field, as the league announced the 2026 All-Academic Team on Wednesday afternoon.

Aric Ehmke received honorable mention recognition.

Fishnick, a civil engineering major with a 4.000 GPA, has appeared in 14 games on the mound for the Panthers this season. He has logged 30 innings with 20 strikeouts and posted a 3.55 ERA in Horizon League play. Fishnick was also named a 2025 CSC Academic All-District selection and has earned Horizon League Academic Honor Roll recognition in every eligible semester.

Horn carries a 3.946 GPA while majoring in kinesiology. The sophomore has been one of Milwaukee's top offensive performers this spring, ranking among the Horizon League leaders in batting average (.316) and slugging percentage (.467). He is third on the team with 48 hits and has added 11 doubles and 30 RBIs.

Kuhnke, a biomedical and health sciences major with a 3.719 GPA, has been a key contributor out of Milwaukee's bullpen. The junior leads the Panthers with 21 pitching appearances and leads the Horizon League with five saves. Over 27 innings, Kuhnke owns a 3.33 ERA with 27 strikeouts and a .228 opponent batting average. He is also a three-time Horizon League Academic Honor Roll selection.

Marion, who owns a 3.792 GPA in biomedical and health sciences, has been one of Milwaukee's top run producers this season. The senior ranks among the Horizon League leaders in home runs and RBIs, totaling nine home runs and 40 RBIs on the year. Marion was a member of the 2025 Horizon League All-Tournament Team and has also earned Horizon League Academic Honor Roll recognition during his career.

Ehmke collected honorable mention accolades after posting a 3.517 GPA as an accounting major. The senior has made 11 starts this season and earned Horizon League Pitcher of the Week honors on both Apr. 27 and May 4. He was also named a 2025 CSC Academic All-District selection.
The Horizon League's All-Academic Teams are voted on by the league's faculty athletics representatives. Nominees must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA, complete one academic year at their institution, and participate in at least 50 percent of their team's contests, pitchers must compete in at least 20 percent of contests.

Milwaukee wraps up the 2026 regular season with a three-game series against Oakland at home this weekend. The series begins on Thursday evening at 5:00 p.m. at Franklin Field.
