MILWAUKEE – Catch up on all the exciting things happening in Milwaukee Athletics by reading the latest issue of The Roar Report, which is available
HERE.
This Summer 2025 issue is highlighted with a feature story on Milwaukee women's tennis head coach
Mark Goldin.
Goldin, who was hired in August of 2023 and just wrapped up his second year with the Panthers this season, emphasizes the "family" atmosphere of his program, bringing together a roster of student-athletes from all across the globe. That family approach also applies to his coaching staff – joined by wife Maddy – herself a former Panther standout – as well as his father, Marty, a former collegiate tennis player at Wisconsin who also played professionally.
The story is authored by Gary D'Amato, the former longtime sportswriter and columnist for the
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, who joined the staff as the feature writer for the Roar Report in September of 2018.
The episode is also packed full of other great articles, including:
*Sport updates from MKE Spring teams
*A feature on
Lainey Higgins of the women's soccer team and her outstanding four-year career, capped with Horizon League Player of the Year honors as a senior.
