INDIANAPOLIS – The Horizon League unveiled its 2025 All-League Awards on Thursday, celebrating the standout performances from student-athletes across the 10 volleyball programs.
Milwaukee had two individuals recognized, as senior libero
Kara Erdmann earned a spot on the All-League First Team for the second consecutive season, while freshman middle blocker
Josie Noble was selected to both the All-League Second Team and the All-Freshman Team.
Erdmann's honor marks the second All-League First Team nod of her career, placing her in elite company as just the 20th player in program history to earn multiple First Team selections.
This season, she backed up her reputation with another strong campaign, coming on especially strong down the stretch to help Milwaukee made a late push to an 11-7 record and a third-place finish in the Horizon League standings.
Erdmann finished the regular season second in the conference in both digs (530) and digs per set (5.15) with her per-set average climbing to 5.73 in league play. She recorded 11 matches with 20 or more digs, including eight against Horizon League opponents, and all three of her 30+ dig efforts came in conference action.
Her 530 digs this season rank seventh on Milwaukee's single-season list, while her 1,683 career digs stand sixth in program history.
Noble burst onto the scene in her debut season, becoming Milwaukee's second-straight selection to the All-Freshman Team following
Milica Tomic, while also becoming the first Panther freshman to earn an All-League honor since Ari Miller in 2019.
She started in 30 of the team's 31 matches and appeared in 100 of 103 sets played, emerging as a versatile all-around presence both offensively and defensively. Noble ranked among the conference leaders in blocks, kills, hitting percentage, service aces, and points.
She led all Horizon League freshmen in total blocks (114), blocks in conference play (75), and blocks per set both overall (1.14), and in league action (1.25). Noble hit .329 in conference matches and .289 overall, while totaling 227 kills, including 152 in league play. She added 20 services aces and had 314 points on the season.

She became the first Panther freshman to reach 100 blocks in a season since 2017 and currently ranks third in the freshman record book in blocks per set (1.14) and fifth in kills per set (2.83). Noble also became the first Panther since 2019 to record a kills-blocks double-double, finishing with 13 apiece at Green Bay in late October.
