MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee student-athletes continue to score high marks in the classroom and during the Fall 2022 semester posted a collective 3.435 grade-point average.
That followed up the Spring 2022 term where Panther student-athletes notched a 3.399 GPA.
This marks the 45
th consecutive semester – now spanning well over 20 years – that Milwaukee student-athletes have recorded a GPA of 3.0 or better, as well as the 16
th straight with a 3.20 GPA or higher.
During the Fall 2022 semester, 117 Panthers compiled a GPA of at least 3.8, while 63 of those achieved a perfect 4.0 mark.
Led once again by the tennis program, which posted an impressive 3.848 GPA during the recently completed semester, eight of 13 Milwaukee teams achieved a GPA of at least 3.40 for the term.
Volleyball (3.666), women's soccer (3.657), women's cross country (3.604), women's basketball (3.595), women's track & field (3.553), women's swimming & diving (3.501), and baseball (3.490) also posted GPA's of 3.40 or higher.
Overall, MKE student-athletes collectively carry a cumulative GPA of a 3.461.
